Welcome to our retreat, Lockrum Point Villa (LPV). This amazing two-level seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxing and entertaining. The villa comes with breath-taking views of the sea and St. Martin, a private pool and a range of luxury amenities for our guests to enjoy. At Lockrum Point Villa our concierge team will ensure you enjoy your stay. They can help with scheduling travel from St. Martin, taxi at the ferry or airport, and greet you at the villa. The team can also help with any of your travel needs such as: rental car reservation, restaurant reservations, excursions etc. Lockrum Point Villa was designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, with two large bedrooms with king size beds on the top floor. You have the choice of which of the two bedrooms you choose on the bottom floor: a bedroom with two twin sized beds or a large bedroom with a king bed. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, spa bath robes and slippers, Caribbean Sea views and air conditioning. The great room has 25-foot ceilings with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The outdoor space is just fantastic and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day. Also, our signature feature is a gazebo at the point of Lockrum Bay. It is perched on the coral rock over the sea, and is a great spot where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, watch the sunrise or snooze during the day in a hammock.
