SCAPES Hotel

Overall best stay as room is axactly like in the picture. But I don't know why reviews for breakfast is great, because my experience is bad. Few selection with average taste wise. Also staff should improve in how they refill the food. The food is finish at 9am and guest need to queue for refill which take up to 30 min per food, otherwise the refilled food will be gone in 5 min cause they just refill 1 small plate (dessert plate).

Hotel is clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Breakfast not so much of variety but acceptable. We have a great time and definitely will come back again. Highly recommended!!!

I booked two rooms, but one had a strong odor from toilet maybe due to the aircon is off.  With no other option, I had to use my perfume to improve the smell. Additionally, I noticed stains on the bedsheets. The route to the hotel was also unpleasant due to ongoing construction.

It’s definitely a secluded spot, so be prepared for limited nearby activities or dining options. The service at SCAPES Hotel was average. The staff were polite but not particularly attentive or proactive. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, but there wasn’t much warmth or effort to go the extra mile. It felt like a standard, no-frills experience in terms of hospitality. The hotel provided sufficient space and basic amenities, which were functional and met my needs. The room had the essentials, and the overall layout was comfortable. However, don’t expect anything luxurious or standout in terms of facilities. It’s a no-nonsense approach to accommodations. SCAPES Hotel is a decent option if you’re looking for a quiet, no-frills stay. However, the cleanliness issues and average service were notable drawbacks. The location might appeal to those seeking solitude, but the lack of lighting on the way to the hotel and the overall quietness might not suit everyone. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Would I stay again? Possibly, but only if the cleanliness and service issues are addressed.
