The check-in process was frustrating and poorly managed. While the email mentioned the check-in location at Windmill and the stay location at Geo38, the information was not clearly highlighted. This caused confusion, leading me to queue for 20 minutes at the wrong counter (Maplehome at Geo38). Attempts to contact Flash Suites’ hotline went unanswered, adding to the inconvenience. Once I arrived at Windmill, I had to queue another 30 minutes due to the staff’s lack of experience in handling and explaining the check-in process.
The unit itself had both pros and cons. It was clean and well-equipped with towels, showering tools, a water boiler, microwave, and cooking equipment. However, the unit lacked a balcony, limiting the enjoyment of the fresh weather outside. The toilet sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the parking arrangement was inconvenient, as the parking space was on the highest floor, requiring multiple rounds to reach it. Unfortunately, the unit also lacked a nice view.
The provided TV box was functional, but most apps required subscriptions (like Netflix), so I could only use YouTube. On a positive note, the apartment was quiet at night, and amenities like the gym and swimming pool were available. However, scanning the access card to use the lift was difficult and needs improvement.
Overall, while the unit’s cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, the disorganized check-in process, clogged sink, and other inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable. Improvements in communication and facilities would make a big difference.
