Resorts World Genting – Genting SkyWorlds Hotel

We got the sixers room for a family of five. The room is huge and practically design. On our last day we were awaken by the beautiful sound of birds chirping from the balcony. Love that the Theme park entry is right in front of the hotel. Great stay and highly recommended.

Hotel is very convenient for the theme park access and connected to sky avenue mall. The rooms are quite small though. We took quads very crowded. Assistance from operator service is bad. Room is neat. Family friendly hotel.

Thanks to little women young chinese staff. After i ask for good view with my high price, she gave me a good view with garden and town. I appreciate it. Than after I entered my room when I asked another staff woman for a higher level / floor. Its already booked others coz Im cek in too late. One thing about cleaness, a bug on the floor cleaning staff dont mop it. May be coz its ahigh season high demand. At nite when i was sleep, a motorcycle in deliberatly gased it so it sound so loud distubing my sleep. The room hadnt air cond. So i open a window and half cover it with curtain. With the winds blow, the curtain hit the frame of windows and it sound so loud dusturbing my sleep. A suggestion for management : put pad between window frame and curtain. Good thing : hotel amenities so much and good. Juat one thing : bath soap and shampoo : i have to press it so many times. They dont give separate amenities. Drinking water just a little bit. The hotel dont give a map to visit for the first time. So im confused to go here from skyway. Thet dont have roof top also.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The room is spacious, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, this hotel is an ideal getaway for relaxation and very convenience to reach other core places in genting.

The location is near to theme park and first world plaza. The problem is the toilet bidet spray don't include spray head. Another problem is that there is no aircon and we felt very hot and no enough ventilation. No choice , we nid to open the window whole night.

Located at right opposite of the theme park. The downside is it is quite noisy if your room is facing the road, there were cars passing by 24 hours.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at Genting Skyworld Hotel was exceptional. The accommodations provided panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled, attending to every need promptly. We can't wait to return.

Great trip. Total is quite a distance to main mall area. But loved the balcony in the room over looking the cloudy mountains .
