Hotel in zona Genting Highlands, Genting Highlands

The loft bed max weight is 80kg (I did not see this notice anywhere before booking the room) - end up, we did not stay the loft top bed - 6 of us squeezed into 2 queen beds (2 of us squeezing in between the beds). Is good if hotel can raise this 'max 80kg' somewhere! One natural problem - outside wind strong - sometimes really very noisy - hotel can consider fixing something that can tone down the noise. The rest are just good!

The experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle. Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card. The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Everything OK, except 1) lift that is slow, and the road to this hotel is terrible.

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

Ho avuto un aggiornamento gratuito e sono rimasti a Ion Majestic, amore e volevo provare la piscina riscaldata, ma era in manutenzione, quindi non potremmo provare. Ero un regolare a Ion Delemens prima di cercare di prenotare con Trip.com, quindi certamente preferirei e scegliere di rimanere a Ion Majestic perché ha più facile accesso di Ion Delemens. La visione del killer ma non credo di essere una persona mattina, non preferirei le cortine luminose al mattino 😅 In generale, 5 su 5 ancora.

Off-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel Magtree Genting, nella stanza 2004, torre 4, e abbiamo avuto una esperienza complessivamente miscela. In primo luogo, il letto di un letto nel nostro soggiorno sembrava rotto; quando i nostri figli dormono su di esso, il letto si sconvolgeva un po’, e questo era un problema. Questo problema deve essere affrontato immediatamente, riparando o sostituendo il letto di base per garantire la sicurezza e la comodità dei futuri ospiti. In secondo luogo, la pulizia del bagno lascia molto da desiderare; non è stata pulita in modo approfondito, e questo è stato deludente. Si prevede un livello più elevato di pulizia, soprattutto nella zona del bagno. La scelta era molto limitata, con opzioni come noodles fritte, riso fritte, lemak nasi, noodles di zuppa, piccoli salsicce, uova fritte, roti canai, pollo curry e pane. Non c'era né latte, né cereali, né torta per i bambini. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato che il crematore sembrava essere morso da un cazzo o da un topo, che era piuttosto inappropriato. In generale, mentre l'hotel è generalmente in ordine, ci sono aree significative che richiedono un miglioramento, in particolare con letto a giacca, pulizia del bagno e qualità del colazione. Spero che queste questioni siano affrontate per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti.

Il parcheggio è ritirato, la macchina del caffè al lobby è fuoco, la vista dalla stanza e il ristorante sono davvero carino, molte socchette nella stanza, molte tovalette matte fornite e il bagno è pulito. Solo poche strutture sono ancora in fase di rinnovamento e l'alimentazione elettrica con la carta della stanza non funziona, ma il personale è amichevole e la ha risolto molto rapidamente. Solo un personale femminile non è amichevole e il controllo menzionato sono disponibili solo alle 3:00, ma immediatamente l'altro personale ha detto che è ok per il processo di controllo in hmmm. Infine, il letto era davvero sporco, pieno di capelli corti e di occhi e alcuni pezzi neri.
