There is a way to tell someone no - a simple message like this is not our policy would have been enough. You will leave rubbish bins full of nappies full of pee and poop and of course it stinks and we have to smell it and go throw it out immediately. And there are many other things that various consumptions entail. You even asked for 2 pillows and 2 blankets. After you, who pays for the laundry? So even if 1 child and it doesn't matter how many months/years he is, he is a person who consumes and gives a cost. So how do you plan to stay with 3 people paying only 89 euros per night? Or you have no idea how much it costs in Italy to rent, electricity, water, cleaning, lift... I'm sorry but if you can't understand that a human has a daily cost you can try another structure where they will accept giving everything free for a third person . I hope you have understood that we have large expenses to maintain your stay and with a heavy heart we cannot let anyone sleep for free.
