The hotel is located quite in rhe center, 10 min walk from General luna center area.
The hotel spot is amazing and well designed from the outside, i really felt in the middle of the jungle with very cozy and chill vibe.
But, and a big but!! The interior of the cabins is old and not well maintained .
When i arrived to the hotel they told me that they “upgraded” my stay, and put me in a family cabin of 2 floors (not comfortable at all cause the beds are upstairs and the stairs are very stiff).
There was an horibble smell of sewers from the shower and the sink, just luck i had my own incense so i put it on every time i took a shower.
Moreover, the lightning in the cabin is very poor, and mostly in the bathroom area.
During the night i had lots of noices from the roof, like some animal is trying to come inside- which made me worried and get scared of going back to sleep. Also, the cabin is not sealed and i got tones of mosquitoes bites all over my body.
Staff is nice but everything takes long time until its done.
Overall - the place is very nice and the property itself is located in great spot! With very nice, relaxing and chill vibes. But i wouldnt recommend to stay in this place due to the lack of maintenance.

Poor quality staff (basically zombies) with poor English (this is a tourist spot).
The jungle décor and vibe is very nice, but you have coconuts falling from 60m-high on your pathway, bungalows are old and humid, full of mosquitoes or other insects. No chairs because the room too small.
The restaurant is always out of everything (the hotel is not in the city center), and as always you wait forever.
For 60 euros per night, I don't recommend.

The resort is in green forest. Cute and tiny. The staff are friendly and nice service. There is two pool and great to have a fresh swimming there too. The food is tasty and must try local cuisine. They let us try the new chocolate lava cake and it is very nice. We stayed in deluxe room and space is narrow for the two people. The bathroom piping got sound and may be needed to do plumbing service.

-the room is too small, they’re making it looks spacious on pictures. -very dirty place the front desk is the only place that’s clean and maintained. -bathroom sink leaking and rusty, and shower heads. -AC leaking -the water from shower not that strong to take a shower. -very moldy steps and wood. I would not recommend going here. Too expensive for no reason. Don’t waste your money. They don’t do maintenance.

Do not stay here. Old and dirty. Couldn’t use pool as it was filthy. The breakfast was not edible, the waiter stood at bar trying to impress the waitress with his burping skills. The room need complete refurbishing. The bathroom was disgusting. Do not stay here. Booked 6 nights but only suffered 1 night .

I booked on the month of November 2022 with great rates to have reservations for June 16-19, 2023 I like to plan ahead. I am from Los Angeles . last night my husband received email saying “Reservations Cancelled” due to credit card issues. We called our credit card …there is nothing wrong with our cards. I went back on the website to attempt to reserve it again and noticed the prices doubled. Be aware they’ll cancel u for no reason. Look at their passed reviews and make ur own judgement. Luckily I still have 1 month to spare to make other reservations at a better place.

Cet établissement est scandaleux. Nous avions réservé une chambre de type Villa Deluxe qui coute plus cher que les autres pour 3 nuits. lIs nous ont donné la pire chambre de cet hôtel. Une a côté de la rue, super bruyante, envahie de moustiques ! La chambre n'est pas isolée, n'a pas vraiment de toit, donc on peut entendre toute la rue et les moustiques entrent facilement. Pas de moustiquaire contrairement aux autres chambres, pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons informé la dame à l'accueil de notre mécontentent et avons demandé une autre chambre mais elle n'a pas voulu bougé le petit doigt pour trouver une solution et avait l'air de s'en moquer ! Finalement nous dit qu'elle va régler le problème d'eau chaude. Nous avons eu une douche soit avec de l'eau froide soit avec de l'eau brûlante. 3 nuits horribles à se faire dévorer par les moustiques, avec en prime le bruit des tuk-tuk dehors et la lumière qui entre dans la chambre. Les filles qui travaillent là-bas sont désagréables, hautaines et très peu professionnelles. Il y a pleins d'autres hôtels tellement mieux tout autour donc fuyez !
