Hotel in zona Quatre Chênes -Villers-la-Ville, Genappe

The hotel is easy to reach by car. They have standard rooms but also apartments. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. A special thank you to the cleaning staff. The parking lot is big. You can access it any time thanks to your room key.

Ottimo hotel nei pressi dell'aeroporto, in ogni caso non raggiungibile a piedi dal terminal. La struttura mette a disposizione dei clienti una navetta a pagamento. Scelta azzeccata, ci siamo trovati bene sotto tutti gli aspetti. Camere ampie e pulite, così come il bagno. Colazione veramente super, molto varia ed attenta a tutte le possibili esigenze della clientela. Personale della reception molto disponibile e cortese. Parcheggio gratuito, anche se forse la segnaletica per raggiungerlo è un po' scarsa.

Stayed on a one night stopover on a Leger Holidays tour. Small budget style room. No fridge or kettle etc. Small shower cubicle with door that didn't fit the entire width of the opening that resulted in the inevitable flooding of the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Fairly well stocked bar. No dinner as such but we were lucky enough to get a couple of Pizzas.

C'è una stanza in decorazione, c'è un sapore molto grande.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband as part of a Leger Tour for 4 nights. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures you see of this Chateau. Had to take our own bags to our room which involved dragging them up some steps (no lift to first floor) and then down a long corridor. The room was dark and no view from the tiny window so paid extra to change it for a lake view room which had a restricted view of the lake, slightly bigger than the first room, poorly stocked mini bar, lumpy bed, shaver socket not working - but it was better than the first room. Very limited on lifts in this hotel and lots of steps, only 2 outside areas to sit - one to the side of the restaurant and a center courtyard which was very untidy and uncomfortable. Service is practically non existent especially in the bar we didn't eat in the restaurant as we were told it was fully booked although it looked empty to us, think it was more a lack of staff then fully booked. Breakfast was ok but not 5 Star in fact nothing about this hotel is 5 Star quality except the prices. On the first night we were sitting in the courtyard and spotted a rat scuttling down the drain, we didn't thing much of it bearing in mind the location of this hotel but the next morning on our way down to breakfast we saw 2 more rats running down the corridor which is not what you expect to see in any hotel, although we didn't see anymore rats inside the hotel we did see more in the courtyard during our stay. The staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. All in all this is not a relaxing place to stay and would not recommend it and a long way off 5 Star quality.

We pass once a year through Brussels and always stayed in town but Waterloo is much more convenient, less crowded, less expensive to park ... and the Côté Vert is charming, quiet, and offers a pleasant restaurant with an interesting selection, and good quality at fair prices (250€ for 4 people à la carte, inlc. a bottle of wine). And the staff and service are perfect, courteous and efficient. Decoration of the hallways and rooms is a bit drab and aggressive but these are details.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo carino albergo nella campagna belga. Il luogo è davvero rilassante ed a conduzione familiare. Più che in una stanza si alloggia in miniappartamenti, dotati di angolo cottura e piccolo soggiorno con tavolo, divano ,TV e camera con bagno on suite. La gestione dell'appartamento è lasciata al cliente. Possibilità di fare una buona colazione con un extracosto di 10 € a persona. Il Titolare è davvero gentile e disponibile, pronto ad intrattenersi in piacevoli conversazioni, dispensando anche consigli sulle visite nei dintorni.

Amorevole posizione, isolata dalla città e una perfetta distanza dalla realtà per entrare in contatto con chi sei. Il Cinque Mondes Spa offre alcuni massaggi alti e poi camminare attraverso la foresta di Sonian al mattino è stato assolutamente sorprendente e respiro
