Hotel Stadt Melk

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can just park your car at the hotel car park and walk around the old town, climb up to the Abbey and also walk around the park. It is just 1 hr away from the Vienna airport so this makes a good place to stay prior flying out.

在小鎮中心，離火車站不遠 房間有陽台，可望小鎮風情 早餐食物豐富，質數極高 跟很多小鎮酒店一樣，沒有電梯，房東見我們旅行箱大，特別安排一樓房間，不用爬太多梯級。

梅爾克小鎮非常安靜，空氣又好，人又少，體驗感很強

Located at the very busy market place. Our rooms had a nice balcony. Rooms not top but OK. Entrance and carparking (with possibility of a shed for bikes) at the back. Restaurant and bar are not used . Building is labyrinth . Breakfast is OK . Too expensive for its value

Great location for a quick stay. The Hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Located directly under the Abbey the Hotel is easy to find. If you drive the parking is located directly behind the Hotel for a small fee. All in all this is a good place to stay. While not fancy its great for a quick stop over.

Terrible service. We have never seen any hotel staff so rude like this. The room is really smelly, even bedsheet is dirty. We asked politely but they refused to change room for us. When we asked him to come to our room just to see the situation, we simply got an answer “It’s not my problem. You want a room, we gave you a room” We got so mad, the mood was ruined for the rest of the day. It was such a terrible experience, the only thing we can do is writing our feeling here and I hope no one will experience this. It was the worst stay ever.

Rude manager/owner barged into our room without knocking after we checked in and I was lying partially clothed on the bed. Screamed at my husband and I that we were in the wrong room. He had lead us to the room earlier, but claimed about an hour later when he barged into our room without knocking that we were in the wrong room. He insisted we pay an extra 15 Euros as he said it was a larger room than the one we were allegedly allocated - insisted we had to stay in that room as we had already lain on the beds. Aggressive, rude, yelling. Appalling man. I wouldn't even give it one star after this treatment.

Im Rahmen unserer Motorrad Reise haben wir eine Nacht in Melk verbracht. Wir hatten vorher angerufen und das Zimmer telefonisch reserviert. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir bereits vor dem Haus empfangen und an den Parkplatz gelotst. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer, die sind wie in fast allen Hotels klein und vom Platz etwas beengt. ( ist auch nachvollziehbar) Mit den Motorrad Klamotten nicht immer einfach 😂😂 Abends lief das EM Spiel Österreich gegen ….. auf dem Marktplatz. Ein tolles Event mitten in Melk. Beim Italiener ums Eck haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Das Angebot in der Nähe des Hostel ist wirklich groß. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und gefrühstückt. Sind wir in der Gegend werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Wirklich empfehlenswert
