Hotel in zona Geißwand - Gipfel, Gemeinde Traunkirchen

Um nicht in der Emution zu bewerten, habe ich mir bis dato Zeit gelassen um meine Eindrücke heute hier zu schreiben. Es war schon Ende Mai 2023, als ich mit meiner Familie, wir 4 samt unserem Baby, daß Restaurant des Landhaus zu Appesbach in St.Wolfgang am Wolgangsee besucht habe. Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art, glauben sie mir es war wie im 7. Himmel. Im Landhaus zu Appesbach bist du nicht nur Gast, nein du bist Freund und fühlst dich einfach gesagt großartig und sehr willkommen. Das Personal und hier möchte ich die Herrn Thomas Peterseil und Christopher Pinegger ganz besonders hervorheben, ist in seiner Freundlichkeit und seiner Zuvorkommenheit etwas ganz besonderes, es gibt nur wenige Häuser in Österreich, die sich mit solch freundlichem Personal rühmen können. Die Speisen-und Weinepfehlungen der beiden Herren waren so perfekt, dass wir gleich zwei Flaschen, von dem uns empfohlenem, geleert haben. Die Speisen von Thomas Höfler und Lucas Mitter suchen ihres gleichen. Frisch, regional wunderbar zubereitet und sehr gelugen am Teller präsentiert, war die Gaumenfreude nicht mehr zu bremsen. Ich kann nur eines sagen, einmal Appesbach immer Appesbach. Ich wünsche der Geschäftsleitung, mögen sie diese 4 Herrn, die wir kennenlernen durften, niemals verlieren, sie sind einfach großartig und wunderbar. Hier ist der Gast Kaiser. Un nuovo hotel fresco. Grande concetto. Buona cena e colazione. Grande vista sul lago dalla stanza (6° piano - lato ovest). Molto spazio di parcheggio gratuito, tra cui un gruppo di slot per le auto elettriche. Personale eccezionalmente amichevole e motivato. Wi-Fi veloce in tutte le aree. Ho visto un socket LAN nella stanza (non l'ho provato però). Grande palestra. Sauna era aperta. Attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze sono facilmente raggiunte con la macchina. Rimarremo certamente qui in futuro per viaggi in Austria.

Le strutture e l'ambiente dell'hotel sono molto buoni. Sono venuto con i genitori di ottanta anni. Sono sorpreso che ci siano ascensori qui. Sono tutti a metà piano. Sono fuori o hanno bisogno di una vecchia casa per riprendere le scale. E'strano. Quando sono andato in pensione, ho pagato 39 euro per la pulizia da solo in ogni camera. Ho chiesto perché, dicendo che era una stanza di appartamento, dovevo pulire la cucina.Ho detto che ho dormito una notte e non ho usato la cucina. Suppongo che perche' sono venuto a Vienna, il tedesco è fluido, quindi sono fuori.Dopo aver visto i commenti precedenti, molte persone hanno incontrato questo problema, quindi chi vuole prenotare dovrebbe pensare. L'hotel è adatto per soggiornare più giorni, proprio vicino al lago, l'ambiente è super bella, la stanza è grande e vicino al treno di montagna di Shaf Mountain. Ci sono anche pizzeria cinese vicino, quindi per più giorni, questo costo di pulizia vale ancora la pena.

A metà aprile è ancora freddo, quindi la notte di giardino è molto tranquilla. Le persone che amano il silenzio si sentono più adatte di Harshstatt. La stanza con balcone (3 piani) è molto meglio di quella senza balcone, anche se la stanza del lago (2 piani) Il colore dei mobili della stanza è buono. La cucina è calda e la qualità del colazione è buona.

I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

Sono rimasto a bordo della nave d'oro qualche volta, e ho sempre goduto del mio tempo lì. Tuttavia, mi sono particolarmente atteso di visitare all'inizio di settembre perché sapevo che l'hotel aveva subito grandi miglioramenti da quando ero lì l'ultima volta, pre-Covid. Non è stato deluso, perché il posto sembra sorprendente. Tutto il personale con cui ho fatto affari era molto utile, soprattutto la signora nella sala colazione che era dispiaciuta per assicurarmi che io fossi ben guardato, carina anima (Mi dispiace, non ho ricevuto il suo nome). Non ho partecipato alle strutture spa o al ristorante, quindi non posso commentare su di loro, ma le colazioni sono leggendarie, con tutto quello che potresti desiderare. Mi piacevano anche i camion, dove si può immagazzinare il bagaglio se c'è tempo per uccidere tra il check-out e il lasciare la zona. Ci sono anche ora 2 ascensori che aiutano con l'ascensore congestione La vicinanza al centro della città e alla stazione di autobus/ferrovia, combinata con la rete di trasporto pubblico efficiente dell'Austria, rende l'Hotel Goldenes Schiff una fantastica scelta per qualcuno come Il Bad Ischl è una splendida base per esplorare la regione di Salzkammergut, e non esitarei a ordinare alloggi in questo hotel quando sono lì vicino.
