Struttura molto bella, curata, accogliente e pulita. La zona spa è molto moderna e particolare essendo all'ultimo piano dell'hotel con le saune vista lago. Cucina di altissimo livello, varia e generosa. Complimenti allo Chef, signor Lackner,ed a tutto il suo staff gentilissimo e formale. Torre Federico

The hotel.restaurant has a very nice terrace, the location is besides the road but opposite terrace directly at the lake and Mountain Views. Top level service quality, and food was excellent as well. We liked it a lot, it provides a nice relaxing atmosphere but on high level.

A delightful hotel set in a central location for the lakes. The room we stayed in was a junior suite with panoramic bathroom, with a very comfortable king sized bed. The hotel staff work very hard. Manuella, Paul and Phillip ( plus the morning waitress - sorry did not catch her name ) were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Paul and Phillip concocted and recommended excellent cocktails and wines. Martin, the chef and owner accommodated my vegetarian needs with delicious food. The only suggestion I would have is to always have vegetarian option on the menu for any guest, without having to discuss it on the night. However, on the flip side, this could be considered as individualised customer care! More to the point, the food was delicious and presented beautifully! Breakfast is a treat with an abundance of choice. Overall, a 4.5 star experience and that’s just because I think there could be formal vegetarian choices on the menu every night, rather than a set menu focused on meat eaters. For meat eaters, this may not be an issue.

If you want to treat yourself with a good meal, great friendly service, value for money this it NOT the restaurant for it. Extremely rude service, off-putting and biased against women dining without men. Food was overpriced for what you get, not even good tasting, charged €4.50 just to sit at a table!. AND worst of all, you all have to order and eat the same main meal?!!! What a joke!!! I would NEVER eat here again nor recommend them. No wonder most locals do not go here!!!

Wir sind jedes Jahr zwei Nächte dort zu einem Workshop. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht durchdacht, ruhig, alles hat einen Plan und eine Ordnung. Das Essen war sensationell, Komponenten mega aufeinander abgestimmt und Portionen genau richtig. Die Weinkarte/Weinkeller sucht seines Gleichen. Uwe Schiefer Reihburg BF als Bsp. Das gibt es selten!! Wir kommen wieder! Dankeschön an das Team!

Spontaner Wochenendaufenthalt zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf Mondsee und Drachenwand. Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, tolle Bewirtung, sehr aufmerksames Personal, uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder!

Ein kleines familiäres Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Mondsee. Die Küche ist sensationell und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Saunabereich bietet einen wunderschönes Panorama auf den See und der Drachenwand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See mit wunderschönem Garten. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer hatte eine tolle grosse Dusche. Wir würden noch ein paar Bilder aufhängen, denn die Wände sind etwas arg kahl. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und das Essen war ausgezeichnet ( das Haus bietet noch ein Restaurant an mit Haubenküche). Der Weinkeller lässt keine Wünsche übrig und die Preise sind sehr fair und moderat. Herr Lackner gibt gerne Empfehlungen ab. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im wunderschönen Seehotel Lackner am Mondsee. Der Service und das Essen waren wieder sensationell. Der Saunabereich mit seinem tollen Ausblick ist immer wieder schön. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen wieder…
