The apartment is new luxury clean,I got 3 bedrooms and it was 1 floor with terras, very near to train and center just walk 50 meter. I reconended for family. I got it from booking website but the owner advised me next time to get it from her it will be cheaper than booking.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and fresh, the host is very friendly and helpful Location was very handy, 2 minutes to centrum and just to cross the street to train station. Thanks Anita voor lovely stay

Another fabulous week at Viktoria Residence Seefeld, our second visit since we found this gem of a place last year. Centrally located with all the amenities needed for a home from home holiday. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. Bathrooms equally well equipped with modern shower and bath, separate WC, super fluffy white towels plentiful as was hot water and water pressure excellent. Super lounge and kitchen areas, bedrooms spacious and the whole apartment spotlessly clean. Host Anita and her son super helpful and friendly. Check in easy, undercover parking too, which is a bonus when loading and unloading luggage. Overall a superb holiday, thank you, we will be back. Our apartment was Top 9, and we have previously stayed in Top 11, both equally fabulous.

The amenities are top-notch, including a relaxing sauna, a convenient ski room for winter sports enthusiasts, and secure underground parking. These features added a luxurious touch to my stay, ensuring both relaxation and practicality. The owner's hospitality was the icing on the cake. They were always ready to assist and offered valuable local tips, making my stay both enjoyable and memorable. In summary, this apartment is a fantastic choice with its great location, impressive amenities, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and convenience!

Anita and her family team were very welcoming, organizing Guest / ski passes and offering advise on all the local facilities. The apartment was modern, spacious and very inviting. The kitchen was fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The balcony with a stunning view of the mountains was accessible via the dining area & bedroom. The underground garage with internal lift access was very convenient, especially when unloading/loading luggage. The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet part of town with easy access to all that Seefeld has to offer. We will definitely return.

We received a lovely warm welcome at the apartment house which included a personal tour.The apartment was warm,cosy,comfortable and so big!The bedding was delightful.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.There was an underground garage for parking.There were also trollies for bringing luggage to your apartment which was a really helpful touch.We had a lovely scenic wrap around balcony.The building was so centrally located,it was right beside a grocery store and metres from the Main thoroughfare of cafes and bars.That said,it was wonderfully quiet too.We spent 4 very comfortable nights and had a lovely checkout.Thank you to Anita and her family team for their service and advice.We would definitely recommend staying here.

Going to Seefeld is like coming home. Apartments are located close to center overlooking mountains from the back side, fully equipped, each designed differently ensuring charming and cosy atmosphere. The host, Ms Anita is simply perfect. We are already looking forward to return next year.

Seit einigen Jahren Verbringen wir hier unseren Winterurlaub. Die Wohnung verfūgt ūber alles was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht, alles is auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und es wird alles getan um Ihrer Aufenthalt so angenehm mõglich zu machen.
