We enjoyed ten wonderful days at this beautiful, well maintained and immaculately clean property in Summer. I appreciated how the team worked together to deliver excellent customer service. From the General Manager Heide and Resident Manager Stefan and Front Office team, right through to the hard working housekeepers and Restaurant Staff, everyone was approachable, friendly and committed to ensuring that we were well cared for--and we were! I loved the beds, they were were exceptionally comfortable, with top quality mattresses and clean, high thread count linens. Breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard, delicious food and great service. Many thanks to the Falkensteiner Muehlviertel team for making our stay extra special! This property is a jewel, very highly recommended, we definitely will return!

This place is amazing. The spa area is great and provided a range of relaxing pools, saunas and steam room. I love the fact that the food is all inclusive and I didn't have to worry about that during the stay. I felt refreshed and energised after the stay.

Excellent cuisine with rich selection of food, absolutely perfect 6 course dinner menu. Friendly staff, beautiful environment and cleanliness. The spa was huge with large selection of saunas. Perfect place to relax. We will come back definitely!

We have spent nice relaxing days and we appreciated the new additional afternoon snack and the free standard drinks in this year. The only thing we were missing is some evening entertainment in the hotel !

Positives: Mein Partner hatte Geburtstag und es wurde ihm, als kleine Aufmerksamkeit eine minni Geburtstagstorte geschenkt. Negativ: (bei diesem Preis darf ich genau sein!) Das Wlan hat im Zimmer mit viel Glück funktioniert. Überall anders war das versprochene High speed nicht vorhanden. Fernseher kann mann nicht mit Netflix verbinden. Die Zimmerbalkontür hatt große schwarze Flecken, die wie Schimmel aussehen. Unser Willkommensgetränk wurde vergessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich trotzdem wirkt es sehr überfordet. Am Abend wird man nur Abgefertigt.

Wunderbarer Wellnessaufenthalt. Wir haben sehr wohl die negativen Kommentare hier gelesen, nachdem wir aber Stammgäste in Falkensteiner Hotels sind, waren wir uns sicher, dass es dort auch wunderschön werden wird. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist All Inclusive, aber manche verstehen vermutlich nicht den Unterschied zwischen All Incl und All You Can Eat. Wobei wir jedes Mal pappsatt aus dem Restaurant raus. Was ein bisschen aufregend war, war das Mittagsbuffet. Wir kamen uns wirklich vor wie auf dem Basar, das wurde regelrecht überrannt. Wir wollten eigentlich nur einen Salat essen, weil wir noch satt waren vom Frühstück, aber was umsonst ist... - wir sind nach dem Salat wieder gegangen. Aber es wurde beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen immer aufgefüllt, ebenso musste man maximal wenige Minuten warten, bis wieder ein Kellner/in kam bei dem man an der Bar Getränke bestellen konnte. Die schlechten Kritiken können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Manche Gäste denken vermutlich, das Hotel und alle Angestellten wären nur für sie alleine da... Der einzige Punkt, der schade war, war, dass es beim Käsebuffet keinen Bergkäse gab. Aber das haben wir auch nur am ersten Tag wirklich genutzt. Wir waren schon vorher komplett satt. Ach ja, in einem 4*S Hotel gibt es eben auch keine riesigen Portionen zur Hauptspeise, sondern eben wie überall in gehobenen Restaurants kleinere. Aber wenn selbst ich mit fast 2m völig satt werde, dann schafft das auch jeder andere. Sonst gibt es nur Lob keine Kritik, Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige vielleicht noch die Tatsache, dass es nur einen einzigen Behinderten Parkplatz gibt. Aber ansonsten, alles super, bis zum nächsten Mal...

Liebes Falkensteiner Team, das Falkensteiner Hotel Mühlviertel in Bad Leonfelden ist ein wundervolles Adults-Only Wellnesshotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Sauberkeit ist top. Das Abendessen war jeden Abend ein Genuss. Persönlich fände ich es noch besser, wenn die Suppe auch serviert werden würde. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Im Wellnessbereich konnte man zur Ruhe kommen und sich wunderbar entspannen. Besonders liebevoll waren die Ruheräume und der sehr schöne große Innenpool lädt dazu ein, ein paar Bahnen darin zu schwimmen. Die ruhige und entspannte Lage eignet sich sehr gut zum Wandern, Joggen und Radfahren ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgezeichnete Personal. Es war immer stets bemüht den Urlaub zu einem besonderen zu machen. Leider wurde mein Aufenthalt am Ende aufgrund körperlicher Beschwerden getrübt und das Personal der Rezeption war fantastisch! Die Souveränität, Professionalität und Gelassenheit waren in diesem Moment besonders wertvoll. So wurde mir der Arztbesuch am Wochenende ermöglicht und ich konnte problemlos für eine Nacht verlängern. Zum Glück geht es mir jetzt zwei Wochen später wieder gut. Der Service war außergewöhnlich und ich möchte mich hiermit besonders bei Sabrina von der Rezeption und bei dem General Manager Christian Altenhain bedanken! Von Herzen vielen lieben Dank! Ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal bei euch und freue mich schon darauf dann eine wundervolle Auszeit zu genießen... ob mit meiner Mama, meinem Partner oder Freundinnen. Herzliche Grüße Simone

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Hotel verbracht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel wurde vor kurzem renoviert und es ist sehr schön geworden. Das Angebot an Getränken innerhalb der All Inclusive Verpflegung ist sehr gut und umfangreich.Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Wellnessbereich ist groß. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders lobend erwähnen möchten wir Herrn Yannick vom Servicepersonal. Er war wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ebenso zu empfehlen sind die vielen Wanderwege und Touren, die auch sehr gut gekennzeichnet sind.
