Hotel bellissimo con un servizio pessimo. Le camere sono belle spaziose e pulite. Il servizio e veramente deludente. Il valet inesistente per la maggior parte delle volte. Il check in gestito da incompetenti per nulla accoglienti. Ristorante da paura ….. 1 menu ristorante half board della serie o mangi questo o nulla. L altro ristorante nessun tavolo in nessun giorno. Il cliente non è riprotetto nel ristorante di un albergo dove per 2 stanze per due notti speso 3000 euros. Per quanto mi riguarda non tornerò più. Sconsigliato e veramente deludente. Ps sono stato diverse volte e il servizio è sempre peggiore. Management da cambiare. Ad ogni modo non più un problema per noi. Non torneremo.

Albergo meraviglioso con personale gentile e sorridente. Zona Spa molto pulita e ben tenuta. Purtroppo nella zona relax qualcuno urlava ma dipendete dalla educazione degli altri ospiti. Colazione eccezionale e anche i cameriere molto disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni desiderio culinario. Sicuramente torneremo

abbiamo trascorso 3 notti al famoso castello delle tv televisive tedesche. dal 04 al 07 agosto 2022, risultato? delusione assoluta! preso camera suite seeblick , chiediamo subito il cambio camera in quanto la stessa aveva pavimento rovinato , tenda con bruciatura di sigaretta , bagno piccolissimo, pulizia molto discutibile. ci cambiano camera accettiamo poiché un po meglio, ci guardiamo attorno? tessuto delle pareti NERO NERO NERO COSTO DELLA SUITE 2.100 EURO A NOTTE . sito internet ingannevole poiché abbiamo scelto questa camera e questo hotel in base alle foto del sito a mio avviso ⚠️ non completamente reali. infine la nostra suite posizionata sulla cucina ristorante hotel, puzza di mangiare dai corridoi alla camera. nota positiva? la colazione alla mattina e il servizio BMW. a mai più rivederci

In ogni cosa cercano di spennarti più che di farti passare una vacanza piacevole… Appena arrivati nonostante la camera fosse già stata pagata per il weekend ti addebitano sulla carta una cifra preventiva a caso senza chiedere, e già qui comportamento arrogante. Al bar la sera ordini della vodka tonic a fine bicchiere ne ordini un altra, alla velocità della luce portano via la tonica avanzata, che si paga a parte, non come in Italia, senza avvisarti ovviamente solo per spennarti 10 euro in più a drink… alla spa faccio dei trattamenti non mi trovo bene, perché continuavo a dire alla massaggiatrice di fare più piano che sentivo dolore, mi viene chiesta la mancia, rifiuto giustamente e per scelta coerente. Indovinate un po? Un addebito di 20 euro di un misterioso drink al bar della Spa mai consumato… ovviamente ho pagato tutto senza discutere sono una signora…tra il ridicolo è il truffaldino… italiani evitate…

This renovated castle is well appointed on the lake. Lots of long hall ways with mirrors making it appear more spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing with carrots and other vegetables to make fresh juice. Our room overlooked the garden courtyard with big closets, a mini bar and desk. There was only a bathtub which made it difficult to wash my hair. However the spa is the best part. It has indoor and outdoor pools, wet and dry saunas and options for massage and other treatments. Staff are very helpful and polite.

This place is one of the best spa hotels we have ever been to. The chateau is just a small part of the whole property with more modern, superbly finished sections including rooms, spa and the pool. There is also Beach Club that is adjacent to the hotel and several restaurants. It is rare to see a perfectly run property but this one is it! The staff are great, friendly and courteous, the breakfast out of this world. If you book, you will be spoiled.

As said, the hotel is great. Beautiful location, really nice and big rooms (new building), beach club beyond description, restaurant quality above expectation. But... two things were really very bad, therefor one year after our stay still this review. First, if things are broken and your guests ask if they can be fixed, don't say yes and then do nothing. Several lights in our room, including the encased ceiling lights in one room, were not working. I asked the first day, the second day, the fourth day. The desk was very apologetic, very helpful, very kind. But the whole week of our stay nothing happened, nothing was fixed, not a new bulb screwed in. Second, one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the quality and reputation of the restaurant. Since we would be arriving around 18:00-19:00 I made a reservation for the restaurant when booking the hotel. That night was the only time we ate there because for the rest of the week they were fully booked... I think, maybe I'm wrong, that a restaurant that is part of an hotel like this should keep table available for hotel guests. I've stayed in comparable (and better) hotels all over the world and hotel guests were always let into the hotelrestaurant. Last, when checking out we mentioned the three things above. Yes - you have a great hotel, no - you should walk the talk and do your maintenance and no - the restaurant thing. Nice girl behind the desk: "so sorry to hear that, see you!". Do I recommend the hotel? I really don't know...

Falkensteiner Schloßhotel is a hotel with 400 years of history and tradition. We really liked the place - meaning both, the location and the hotel - especially the customer orientedness of staff from the very first contact until the last one. The food was also excellent and I appreciate the super tasty vegan menu prepared for me. Special thanks to Amir, the reataurant manager for his care and professional approach.

... for a wonderful time out! It was a very good decision to celebrate my birthday at Schloss Velden and from check in to check out it was absolutely perfect. We left quite early from a stopover and arrived around 1pm, no problem, room was ready. All arrangements my wive organised before were already prepared in our J Sutie. We wanted to have lunch in the lake restaurant, without a reservation, that was also possible. Spontanous boat cruise afterwards, private captain just a phone call away... And this continued throughout the entire stay, the contact with the concierge team before and during the stay was exceptional. Thank you Mr. Wiessmann and team! All in all, very friendly, well-trained staff, beautiful rooms and a cuisine that delighted us. Absolute peace and quiet - you can be in the versatile town in just a few minutes. The hotel and its outstanding concept impressed us in every respect and we are already wondering when we can come back.
