Für nur 60 Euro konnte ich Last Minute ein preiswertes Zimmer für eine Nacht im Kaiser von Ö ergattern. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das hat mich positiv überrascht =D Jedoch ist die Thermalanlage bescheiden, dennoch ausreichend, aber wenn einem nach einem vielfältigerem Angebot ist, kann man in 5 min zur bekannten Bad Rakersburg Parktherme gehen. (So kann man auch ungute Menschen aus dem Weg gehen ;)) Ein Manko war die unterdurchschnittliche Reinigung des Pools, darin wollte ich mich nicht lange aufhalten, pfuii!! Aber im Großen und Ganzen würde ich das Kaiser von Ö Hotel weiter empfehlen. Es ist bestimmt billiger als als jenes andere Hotel! Ich fühle mich erholt :))

Wir waren über Silvester zu Gast. Das Silvesterpaket war um fast € 100 teurer als eine Normalbuchung mit Halbpension. Das Galabuffet war ein ganz normales Buffet wie jeden Tag. Die Mehlspeise war an allen drei Tagen gleich. Das aus hygienischen Gründen Speisen nicht 2 mal auf ein Buffet kommen dürfen, hat sich bis bis zum Chefkoch noch nicht herumgesprochen. Die Zimmer im historischen Teil sind sehr klein und einfach. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett.

Das Design von Haus und Zimmer gefällt mir wirklich sehr gut. Ein toller Mix. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Service ist leider eingeschränkt, hauptsächlich aufgrund der kurzen Öffnungszeiten. Für den ersten Cappuccino bin ich daher in die Altstadt ausgewichen, nett aber im hotel wäre es mir lieber gewesen. Abends lud auch keine Hotelbar zum längeren Verweilen ein. Sauna nur sehr eingeschränkt, massagetermin war keiner zu bekommen. Im Badezimmer war etwas Schimmel und der poolboy putzt nach Badebeginn. Check in äußerst nett, Design der Zimmer super, alles in allem befriedigend aber es wäre mehr Potential vorhanden.
