"We stayed in the family room and it was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our needs. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' drive from shops and local eateries. We especially enjoyed the breakfast — there was a wide variety of options and everything was delicious"

"Nice landed 2-storey property in a well maintained and clean estate. Two large bedrooms that can actually sleep 6 pax.
Next to Golf hotel where there are pool and gym facilities with a few nice restaurants.
Wifi had a bit of issues.
You really need a car to get around. This place is huge."

"Выбирали апартаменты с бассейном или пляжем. Эти апартаменты пришлось срочно искать и бронировать, тк предыдущие отменили за 3 дня до прилёта. Месторасположение максимально уединённо, тк находится на искусственном острове прямо напротив Сингапура. Встретили очень мало людей даже несмотря на то, что были в выходные. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: кухня, посуда, хорошие матрасы, постельное бельё и полотенца. Заезд бесконтактный (оставили ключи в почтовом ящике, прислав нам код от ячейки), выслали подробную инструкцию с паролями от WiFi, кодом от двери и т.д. Проблема была только с дверью в санузел - видимо, она рассохлась и плохо закрывалась, но, думаю, это решаемый вопрос."

Da check-in all' check-out, mi hanno guidato gentilemente, quindi l'ho usata molto convenientemente. Era comodo perché c'era una lavatrice. Sarebbe meglio se prendesse un asciugamano con te. La famiglia era soddisfatta e usata!"

"Raccomando davvero se vuoi passare del tempo con gli amici. La vista è molto bella. La risposta rapida è anche quando si chiede domande. Il prezzo è ok per 8 persone ✨ È solo che il bagno non può essere chiuso. Poi lo specchio non è tintato. Quindi se aprite le tende, potete vedere l'esterno all'interno 😆 Forse potete usare l'imbianchimento all'esterno, non potete vedere l'interno hehe 💖 Solo l'aura è sveglia 💖"

Posizione: Calmo e pacifico con Golf range
La città forestale Marina è a 10 minuti da dove ci sono molte attività e grandi negozi intorno.. (Visualizza la spiaggia)
Camera: Grande, enorme, bagno e statici completi. Balcone Golf & Sunset View
Servizio: Attento e utile personale di manutenzione.
A parte il ritardo, controllare il tempo quando non si occupano di una settimana.
Abilità: Piscina, Bambini, Lobby, Bar
Lato sbagliato:
1) In un negozio minimo, devo andare tutto e via alla Forest City marina.
2) Non molti negozi accettano golf collegato & 2 ristorante(non-halal)
3) Spa all'interno dell'hotel, ma non al servizio in camera e il personale thailandese non capisce l'inglese.
Alimento: Grande delizioso buffet di colazione diffuso. Internazionale con grande vista.
In sala da pranzo: delizioso cibo.

UUtente anonimoMolto bel hotel. Secondo soggiorno qui. Come sempre, il servizio è di alto livello. Tuttavia... non c'è molto che si può acquistare qui. Devi prendere il cibo cos non c'è nessun ristorante halal. Ci sono DFS, K-Mart e uno o due altri negozi. Vieni qui per la spiaggia.

Is a 4pax apartment unfortunately only provided 3 toothbrush sets didn't bother to ask for more as is quite inconvenient as the ”so call” reception is quite far and is not 24hour hence the inconvenience of early check out is a trouble. They provided a disposable towel which is quite useless shampoos and body shower all is limited. 1 of the room aircon blows hot air.
Not really recommend this place unless you wanted to go to the beach where by opposite is the Jurong island so it means that this place is kind of FOREST as described travel to gelang patah approximately 30min with non jam.

UUtente anonimoBooked a last minute stay at Natura Hotel in Gelang Patah for work. It’s a budget-friendly option, a bit far from the city, but surprisingly clean! especially the toilet and shower area (this is the highlights), which looked almost new!
There was a small hiccup with the room door (battery issue), but the staff responded quickly and solved it right away.
Nice bonus: Needs Coffee café is just a 1-min walk across the road, and there’s a supermarket beside the hotel (though it was closed during the weekend while we were there). Great value for a short stay!

+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

DDAVE_LWPHotel location is not fantastic but you can grab around. Bukit indah is just 15mins away.
Staff were really nice and helpful! Thank you to the lady at the reception for helping us on the extension and a smooth stay!
Hotel room is clean, pillow cover bedsheet is change daily and no smell. Toilet looks newly renovated.
If you wanna go for stayca, do give this hotel a chance. Its a hidden gem.

UUtente ospiteI think bcoz the hotel has been there long and the bed (especially) has been used by many guests…, its abt time they have it changed. My body ache after a nite stay. I can feel the spring when i laid down. The carpet was dirty and had turned black. The tv channel has nothing that interest me to sit relax and enjoy. No movie!

*Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean.
*Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels.
*We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement:
*Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in.
*Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean!
*Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.
