The pillows are old and smelly. Rooms are big and spacious. Multi-storey carpark not sure if safe to park. Saw a car with all wheels removed, don't know was it stolen or removed.

Hotel okla for the price not bad. But not worth the 4 star sbb the facilities seems like old and the wall has some permanent stain. But overall, aircond is cold, hot water functioning and all ok. My rate is 3 star

Hotel location is not fantastic but you can grab around. Bukit indah is just 15mins away.  Staff were really nice and helpful! Thank you to the lady at the reception for helping us on the extension and a smooth stay! Hotel room is clean, pillow cover bedsheet is change daily and no smell. Toilet looks newly renovated. If you wanna go for stayca, do give this hotel a chance. Its a hidden gem.

With this price we pay, I would say it’s consider good. I booked a room with breakfast. Room was relax view and good. Bed consider ok. Just one thing, the lift it’s long, as breakfast time it’s only function one lift. End up checking out the lift it’s spoil. Over experience still good with the price and look ok.

Booked 2 nights but only stay 1 night. Reason being whole being itchy & could not sleep. Bedsheet mouldy, dusty & sticky. Hence, no choice but to book another night @ a different hotel from a different website.very disappointed & $ wasted. Pictures from the website is different from actual bedroom.

Our family of four had a disappointing holiday due to various issues at the hotel. The facilities were poorly maintained: only one lift was working, the bedsheets were stained, and there was a strong urine smell in the toilet before we used it. Additionally, the toilet had mould, and the overall condition of the hotel's facilities was run down.

Reasonable price and you pay for what you get, although some improvements are needed, if you happen to the place, it's not a bad choice.

The hotel is quite rundown. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. For me, it's still okay cuz I was there just for work. It's sharing a building with a failed mall that is already shut down.

Thank you for your hospitality and friendly staffs but the hotel facility, disposable slippers could be made available & further improved.The swimming pool is a catch! The lift has no security to care for guest coming in out & lift breakdown shld have been fixed same day or few hours time. See you again.
