Hotel Basant Vihar International, Gaya

Rooms are average but services are very bad. Leakage found in the bathroom, no proper room service, food service very bad

Location is walkable distance to railway station. Food is good. Amenities far below the expectations. Service is considered acceptable.

The stay was average. The price seemed higher for the room. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean but it didn't match the photos attached for the booked room type. Also it seemed very average for the price i paid. photos should match with the room

Room was not at all good no proper cleaning of the washroom. Dirt is visible food is terrible. They keep menu cards. But hardly anything available the quality of food is also not at all good. As the oils n masala used are old or of bad quality. They have given us stale food. Which was very easy to figure out from taste n smell. When we asked about it. They said that's how people in bihar eat the food there i booked the hotel for 2 days (48 hrs) paid 8k in total and stayed for only 18 hrs in gaya and that was my biggest mistake to book in that hotel. Ac was also not working. On n off it was cooling

Unhygienic! bed sheets were dirty, room was dirty. Food in restaurant was not good and no variety. Staff is good not at all three star. No star rating can be given.

Room size and other facilities do not justify room tariff charged. Next time i will do so to support my experience
