Sona Kumari from house keeping provided excellent service. The hotel overall is very nice. Swimming pool os very spacious with separate area for kids. Game area is also there. Overall service experience excellwnt. Food is also very nice and tasty

It was a great experience..staff were courteous..restaurant staff Ms. Luri, Anmol, Vinay and Ritu were more than helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff for taking care of my 5 year old child and going out of the way to have a memorable experience

The food is average and ok i never experience this kind of food but it is average it is not that kind of food that what i expected but it is average we come first time here but here we experience that we never expected and there service is also not good

The hotel stay and rooms are average not worth 5 star. It's like 3 star hotel. Room service is appreciated. Restaurant is good. Ajay's service is quite good. For buffet they charge Rs 1210/- per person. As compared to rate food items are limited. And preparation style is Andhra type. Taste wise it is good.

The stay was fantastic and luxurious just as expected. Staff itself are too helpful and friendly and are always upto the mark. Especially from Sona Kumari who never disappointed for the help asked and was also very generous and help make the trip memorable for us, we surely will do visit this place again soon.

Splendid stay and food, 5 stars for all the hotel staff!! The pool and the jacuzzi experience was an awesome one, group activities, play area and the gym are well equipped. The rooms are spacious and have a very positive aura to them. Totally recommended to book here!!

Very poor service and management. Had not expected this level of experience from such a reputated resort chain . The staff of the restaurant and cafe was not equipped enough to manage rush hours. The quality of the food was average . The room and and ambience was nice😊

Traveler's, Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this property, just the way i did. So being a Hospitality professional i am aware of all the operations and back of the scene duties of a Staff, As i have been there done that!!!!! This property staff lacks professionalism and human courtesy in short. I am unsure of how the recruitment of this hotel is done, but I am certain that they are not recruiting professionals but just Locals to run the property. I am made to wait ***** with my 11-year-old daughter for almost an hour for a check in saying that Rooms aren't available and that the cleaning will take time. Which is definitely not acceptable. Why do we make prior bookings on OTA channels? The house keeping staff is Terrible. You call the housekeeping department and be rest assured that you will receive the requested Item after almost a YEAR!!! In my case i did not receive requested items at all. The cleanliness of the room was pathetic. The rooms stink as there is a weird smell that is released from the Air conditioning in the rooms. Toiletries ae not provided in the racks of the Bathroom. Bed runners are dirty and full of stains and blood stains. Curtains are of Dust. Please carry Mosquitoes repellents and lots of it as the property is blessed with Mosquitoes Restaurant staff - All trainees there with no sense of professionalism. Most of them dont even understand English and are proudly ignorant to all guests waiting to use their services. There is never a Manager on Duty to supervise. All in all a complete money waste and dis satisfaction on my days getaway! So all you travelers please be aware before booking.....BIG RED FLAG!
