Nice, clean, tidy, friendly staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast…….I could go on. Only here for one night but no complaint at all. Waking distance to town for shops and something to eat. Also opposite a great park for a walk around. Only here for one night so everything as expected. No complaints at all. Breakfast was a full buffet, cooked , continental, fresh fruit….. Will be back soon.

Absolutely an excellent hotel to stay at Sympathies Hotel in Bad Kreuznach, very nice and friendly staff, wonderful and excellent food variety and with nice flavor. the bed is very comfortable and love the fresh air here. Bad Kreuznach属于疗养城市，该市桑拿中心有11个不同风格的桑拿，在德国非常有名。而此地最著名的就是露天空气疗养地, 这种海滨空气对花粉过敏或哮喘病患者有积极作用，细微的盐分有化痰、净化呼吸道细菌等功效，因此很多医生会建议病患来这里长期疗养。建议到法兰克福旅游的可以来到这个小镇👍👍👍

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is reasonably priced and secure, our room was lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. You even get 2 hours free use of the thermal baths, which our 1 year old son adored. We have travelled quite extensively around Europe and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Will definitely be back!

Sehr gutes im Bäderviertel gelegenes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Geräumige ruhige Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet ganz toll, Dinnerbuffet nicht so nach unserem Geschmack. Massagen bei Herrn Heiko Bügus sehr zu empfehlen.

Als ich ankam, war ich etwas irritiert. Das Zimmer war definitiv nicht gestaubsaugt worden und an der Scheibe war ein fettiger Stirnabdruck. Allerdings hat ein Anruf bei der Rezeption Abhilfe geschaffen in Form eines größeren und dafür sauberen Zimmers, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden war. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, dass wirklich die vier Sterne verdient. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt im Hotel empfehlen.

Entspannte kurze Auszeit im Hotel verbracht, Wellness im bäderhaus, lecker essen und trinken im Hotel. Absacker in der Lounge sehr stimmig.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer hat gepasst. Klein und fein, völlig ausreichend und sauber. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Alles beim einchecken geklappt, wie das reservierte Zimmer war schön. Die Abendessen alla Carta waren lecker, wie auch das reichhaltige Frühstück Die Bar lädt zum Schlummertrunks Leider muss man als Hotelgast den Parkplatz zahlen, was ich als einziger Negativ Punkt sehe

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dieser „location“. Dieses Hotel ist deutlich überteuert, dessen Preis-Leistungs-Relationen berücksichtigend: Das Haus, unser Zimmer -dies war schon eine gehobenere Kategorie- hatte größtenteils den „Charme der Siebziger, Achtziger“, manches in allgemeineren Bereichen ist neu gestylt, vor allem das Foyer, das war‘s dann aber auch 😕. Service auch eher durchschnittlich, mal steht das house keeping am Morgen plötzlich im Zimmer (man selbst dabei in underwear), auch am Empfang und am Frühstücksbüffet (pro Person für 20 Euro -!!!- ohne bes. Service oder Speisen, alles wie üblich) ein recht direktiver Ton, der einem so entgegen schlägt… Von den Balkonen aus blickt man unmittelbar auf eine große Parkplatzfläche (Einzelzimmer sollen das Bad/die Toilette „integriert“ haben). Insgesamt leider allenfalls als Durchgangsquartier „befriedigend“ zu beurteilen. (Am Rande: bei der Reservierung angekündigtes Mineralwasser und Bademantel fehlten -leider- auch)
