Hotel con parcheggio a Gateshead

Wehave been a loyal customer of Premier Inn for many years, appreciating the consistent quality and value your hotels have traditionally offered. However, I am disappointed to report that my recent experiences have not met the standards I have come to expect. During our stay at the Team Valley Premier Inn, We encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The hotel appeared to be poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a major concern. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which further detracted from the overall experience. The dining experience at the Thyme restaurant was particularly disappointing. The food, while initially looked promising, was served with stale bread and without butter. My soup arrived without bread, and the burgers were served cold. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, the response was unsatisfactory, and it took considerable effort to eventually obtain a refund for the meal. Given these experiences, I am hesitant to consider Premier Inn as my go-to hotel chain in the future. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Difficile da raggiungere come lavori stradali e confuso sistema di un modo. Il sito web ha annunciato parcheggio auto per soggiorno overnight £5 ma il costo reale è £15. Non consigliere come altri hotel vicini offrono parcheggio gratuito e molto più facile arrivare in strada.

I arrived around 4:30 pm and was greeted (not really any sort of greeting actually) by a girl with shoulder length hair. She never spoke or asked why I was there. I explained I had a room booked and told her my name, at no point did she speak to me. She picked up the card machine and I explained that my stay was paid for and asked would there were additional payments that I need to pay. She just looked at me said no and walked off. She came back and gave me my card and told me my room number, but nothing else. I arrived in my room which was not satisfactory and smelt heavily if cigarettes. I called reception and told them, they told me to come down. When I got there, there were 2 ladies, the one from earlier and now a dark headed one too. I stood for a few minutes at the desk and no one spoke, then another girl came from near the bar, she asked if she could help, I explained I had called and been told to come down to reception, at which point the dark headed girl from behind reception said she was sitting it. I was then handed another key, no one said sorry or where to go for my breakfast or drinks or anything. The following morning I came downstairs and was greeted by a really friendly man, I explained that I didn’t know where I needed to go etc and he took me to the restaurant and chatted about the breakfast and was really friendly. Unfortunately my stay had already been spoilt, I am a women travelling alone for work and get really anxious when staying in hotels. I will not be returning to this hotel. Very disappointing.

La seconda volta all'hotel, amichevole del personale, questa stanza non era pronta al tempo. Inoltre, pareti fresche in piastrelle nel bagno. Il caffè è tutto in tavola. I puliziani non erano le porte più tranquille, e non era presto. Erano le ore di mezzogiorno quando eravamo fuori per andare a fare un bel giro intorno a Newcastle.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti e non è stato un buon prezzo per i soldi. Le camere sono grandi con un letto e un divano massiccio. Pulito poi con una doccia eccellente. Il fronte del personale della casa erano amichevole, ma Steph e Megan erano eccezionali. Come Ferida e Jimmy erano al ristorante per colazione, il colazione era abbondante con molte scelte calde e fredde. L'unica osservazione che ho è che, mentre il cibo caldo viene cucinato, si tiene caldo alla stazione di autoservizio, oggetti come le uova fritte e i pomodori possono asciugare. Può chiedere omelette fresche (eccellente) o uova in polvere (eccellente) o funghi freschi (eccellente) o pudding nero (più di eccellente!!). Mangiavamo solo uno dei nostri sei pasti di sera nel ristorante, come dopo un giro di quattro ore, era più facile. Il cibo era buono, ma il servizio di Josh era favoloso ... un credito all'hotel. L'unica critica che ho avuto è stata quando ho letto la mia fattura dopo averla portata a casa, c'era un costo automatico 12.5% per il servizio del pasto. Se ti piace il cibo indiano, posso certamente raccomandare il ristorante Jashn che è solo quattro minuti di auto e è stato uno dei migliori pasti indiano che abbia mai avuto (potrei anche raccomandare Michelangelo per alta qualità italiana e solo 8 minuti dall'hotel). Abbiamo avuto una bella pausa per vedere la famiglia e gli amici e saremo sicuramente tornati l'anno prossimo e saremmo rimasti nel Delta

Good points- Benvenuti e controllati da una signora amichevole, informativa e piacevole, che aveva una disposizione soleggiata e stava sfruttando numerosi ruoli, tra cui il servizio in bar, l'ingresso/uscita (ricezione) e la cucina/servizio per nominare alcuni, Questa signora era attraente, conosciuta e estremamente utile. BAD punti- dove iniziare .. 1. Camere dove antiquate (che sarebbe stato bene se pulito), estremamente scarsamente mantenute e sicuramente non pulite quotidianamente (se del tutto). Dietro la porta del bagno c'era una raccolta di sporco, polvere e un po' di gomma, pulire più chiaramente non ha chiuso questa porta o pulito dietro per un po'! Piastrelle di scarico dove spesso con la sporcizia, fogli aveva fori e pareti avevano un certo tipo di liquido ”sprayed” in tutto loro ( temo di pensare che cosa, ma non posso scontare, potrebbe essere materiale umano) Sono triste di scrivere questo ma sento necessario informare e avvertire gli altri. Un lick di pittura, una bottiglia di biancheria e un hoover avrebbe fatto una differenza così a basso costo per l'hotel. 2. Per accedere alle camere è necessario avvicinarsi attraverso una sala da pranzo non usata (non usata per cenare) è usata come un deposito e è invisibile, dopo questo si fa il vostro cammino lungo ciò che posso solo descrivere come il ”corridor del personale” In passato la grassa cucina (la porta era aperta) e altre aree che immagino altrove sarebbero fuori dal punto di vista pubblico ad una spiaggia rigida che porta alle camere. 3 Il corridoio che conduceva alle camere era buio e disgustoso nella luce del giorno, ma peggiorava la notte, come nessuna delle luci, eccetto il segno illuminato ”Fuoco Esci”, così ci fidavamo di torcia dai nostri telefoni per navigare in modo sicuro. una famiglia di 3 ma mi aspetto che le basi siano giuste, che è la pulizia, la pulizia e la pulizia!! Certamente nessuno ha imparato da Covid-19?!? La pulizia dovrebbe sempre essere una priorità ancora più importante durante una pandemia.

Booked this for 2 nights as it was in walking distance of a wedding we were attending. Bit concerned about previous reviews. Yes it’s a little run down from the outside. It appeared to be have been painted recently inside. Check in was easy. Was shown were the dining room was for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. We opted for en-suite. Shower was ok once you got the setting right. Breakfast was good, full English cooked fresh while you helped yourself to tea/coffee juice etc. didn’t need anything to eat again until well into the afternoon. For the price we paid we thought it was well worth it. It’s not the Hilton or their price. Would we stay again, definitely if in the area .

Rimasto lì diverse volte, non è mai stato deluso. Buona posizione per il centro della metropolitana/castello e oltre. Alberghi, servizi e colazione. E' evidente che tornerà.
