"L'hotel è proprio davanti al mare, ha una nuova stanza, sembra che lo abbiano appena costruito. La stanza è molto pulita, ha letto matrimoniale e pulito anche, il bagno è stretto ma pulito, deve aspettare un po' per il raffreddamento AC. Per una notte di soggiorno era abbastanza comodo rispetto agli altri."

"Great place, clean with great service and we loved the breakfast.
We did not mind that there is no wifi; my wife and I were happy to just talk with eachother but we can understand that it's a bit of a drawback for others so we gave it 4 smileys.
We will definitely come back here! 👍"

"Jujur kalau ke Garut bakalan nginep disini lagi ternyata seworth it ituu dong, next kalau kesini better sama temen atau keluarga bakalan seru banget meskipun lokasinya lumayan dari kota tapi perjalanan kesana seseru itu kanan kiri perkebunan dan dikelilingi pegunungan best la.
Ehh sedikit masukan aja kemarin pas check in ketemu sama yang jaga cewe itu kaya kurang komunikasinya cuma kasih kunci terus kasih tau villanya nomer berapa itu ajaa, better jelasin peraturannya gimanaa kan lebih enak sama showernya kecil banget bisa kali diperbaiki atau diganti thank you"

MMuhammad Syams IsnainiLa posizione è bella per calmare il cuore e la mente, servizio molto amichevole per tutti i servi, la pulizia dell'hotel e le camere sono davvero buone, le strutture sono anche molto complete. Una piccola suggerimento per l'acqua di bagno della piscina non è attiva per l'acqua calda, la scivola della piscina dei bambini è anche molto sporca, non può scivolare in modo regolare, speranza di migliorare. Grazie

UUtente ospiteof course in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics are very champion, especially since this hotel is new. but for the balcony privilege type, below 10 pm it is very uncomfortable because the noise of the crowd from the mall can be heard clearly into the room. It so happened that there was live music in the mall. then for access it is indeed very well maintained, because before entering the room corridor, you have to enter a door that requires access. but this is rather inaccessible if there are two people who need to go out, while the access card can be 2; one must be on standby for the room. then about breakfast, the variety is limited and only stands out in the bread. the taste is also standard, nothing is great. and finally for the pool is very, very small. so it is indeed suitable for only staying 1 night, no more.

EEdwin S.See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient.
Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”.
But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

UUtente ospiteKamarnya bersih,AC dingin sekali,petugas disana ramah-ramah..mulai dari Security,reception,gardener,staff resto..Kolam air hangatnya best banget sih ditambah view nya yang JUARA !!,sedikit masukan untuk rotasi menu breakfast mungkin & live cookingnya lebih variatif lagi. Dua hari stay kurleb hari pertama & kedua hampir sama item menu buffet nya.

room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

PPurnamasariWe asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again.

AalineamalinaMantap sih nginep disini. Aktivitasnya banyak, bisa main sampan, flying fox, berenang. View hotel bagus banget. Cuma sayang kamar yg sy tempatin airnya kecil banget, closet kamar mandi agak kotor dan gelap. So far pelayanan ok, staff ramah2.. kolam air hangatnya juga agak kotor.
