The water park was so much fun the kids loved it. They make everything convenient with text alerts to let you know food or your room is ready. However, we didn't know this hotel was cash free which was an inconvenience. There are plenty of restaurants nearby however. Our neighbors were very loud playing music and drinking in the hallway. Room service made it easy to get extra towels and blankets for the pull out.

They still haven’t given our deposit back and we had to pay $100 per night in a deposit. We stayed there for 4 days. I would never spend money here again considering you can get a day pass to the park for $50. Our thousand dollar trip turn out to be way too expensive and not worth it. And that’s disappointing.

It was pleasant, we liked the amenities of the hotel. It has entertainment on every floor for the children. Water park was great. Attendants were nice. My only complaint would be that there is a parking fee even guests staying in the hotel, I think it would need to be discounted or free.

Dirty, electronic key code doesn't work, smells horrible. Staff tried to be helpful but second room shown was just as bad.

Checked into the room and the bath tub was a 1/3 filled w water and the bathroom floor was wet. Felt immediately disgusted even the room was so humid. Called the front desk. And they had us walk back to the lobby and wait in line. They were apologetic and immediately gave us another room. We asked for a possible upgrade for the inconvenience but they declined. When I asked if there’s any thing they can do to make this better they offered us 2 $15 play cards for the arcade. Upon going to the new room the keys wouldn’t open the door. This time I refused to walk back down to the lobby. So a housekeeping member contacted front desk for us and found out that they gave us the wrong room number. Our new room number was 432 but they wrote down 423 on our paper. Again they profusely apologized. At this point we were so annoyed and didn’t care. We just wanted to go into the room. Shortly after getting into the correct room, I received a call from the front desk supervisor Daniel to tell us that he will extend our check out from 11 to 2 for the loss of time they created. I accepted but was hoping for a comp parking or something more.

It’s great for a fun time with the family. Staff is friendly and polite. The facility could use some updating, but we had a great time with our five year old.
