I stayed here more than 3 times, this time was horrible: the room is so dirty, all blankets and pillows were so so dirty and smell😭😭😭😭😭I do not think I will come back in April

酒店有點老，設備設施都老！但是酒店夠大，離迪士尼也比較近，自己開車很方便，停車場很大！我們住的套房，沒有預訂時説的那麼好，衞生間總感覺不乾淨，地是黏的！不要和中國的hatty比！差着挺遠的！性價比一般

非常老舊的酒店，完全沒有服務。最最最離譜的是，亂收錢！！攜程上訂顯示1100一晚，最後住了4晚上信用卡收了我將近一萬。我就是酒店睡覺白天去迪士尼，啥也沒幹，結果打印出來收費單子一米長，人傻了好吧。我英語還不錯，跟前台吵了半天總算退給我1000，英語不好的人肯定就是人家收多少算多少了。中國人千萬別去這家垃圾酒店！

非常不錯 床也很大！離迪士尼也很近 交通方便 附近也很便利
設施上的話 基礎設施全部齊全 衞生上的話很好 打掃得很乾凈 是一個很不錯的酒店

Vengo de México, hice viaje sola con mi hijo, lo único que me desagradó es que tuve que pagar estacionamiento y desayuno, cuando el hotel pues muy barato no era y también camioncito que te lleva a Disney.

We were greeted at check in by Susan. She went above and beyond to help make our stay was fun and memorable. Excellent customer service with a warm greeting.

We stayed with our family, which this hotel really isn't designed for, especially in terms of value. Clientele are mostly adults/convention attendees. The lobby/atrium was noisy every night. Great housekeeping service.

The location near the Anaheim Convention Center was very convenient. Also, there were several adjacent restaurants. We'll be staying here for future conventions.

Everythng was perfect only thing was there was no shower curtain. I called and within 5 minutes they installed new one.

Got into the shower and found some hairs on the wall. Was grossed out and cleaned with wash cloth and body wash just to feel okay to shower. The bottom of the tub was still dirty and the room smelled like Bleach.
