親子住了五天，另外親戚朋友住了三天，風景環境好，早餐也很豐盛，每天的菜式都有不一樣的。但服務給差評！原因如下:1.第一天辦入住時把小朋友的身份證漏在前台（不確定是否工作人員當時沒給全我），退房前一天發現身份證丟了，把五天去過的所有地方都找了一遍，直到第六天退房時抱着一絲希望叫工作人員在房間找到告知我，結果工作人員風輕雲淡的從抽屜裏拿出了身份證給我！在過去將近六天的時間竟然沒通知我一下，況且我還一直在住。2.退完房從另外一角跑出一個工作人員遞給我一份玩具，竟然是我另一個朋友漏下的，而這個朋友已經退房一天了。3、入住前兩天我沒叫搞衞生，工作人員直接開門進去搞清潔，而當時才上午九點半，我房間門口還掛着請勿打擾的牌子，我提出叫搞清潔再搞，結果第三天我十點半離開叫搞清潔，一直到下午三點我回到酒店都還沒開始搞，問工作人員是不是沒有收到指令，回答是沒空搞！4、在退房離開的第三天突然接到電話問我漏下的公仔要不要的，而這個公仔我們跟身份證一樣，很重要，也找了好幾天了。雖然説東西是我們漏下的，主要責任在我們，但酒店在明知東西是我們的情況下，好幾天不聯繫我們，這樣的服務態度實在對不起這570一晚的價格！對於我們提出的免費給我們快遞過來，酒店也拒絕。每次回高州都住這裏，這次真的好無語！從來沒有想過這價位的酒店明知東西是客人的而不及時通知的情況
