RRomiTutto era più che perfetto.Il personale era così gentile e utile.Il cibo era delizioso.Mi invitarono a prendere il tè diverse volte, che era anche grande.Mi trattarono come una famiglia, anche se ci avevamo appena incontrato. Se torno, resterò 100% con la stessa gente.La stanza era anche perfetta.Pulizia, posizione conveniente, buone attrazioni.Ma il vero evidenziamento è che la gente lo gestisce.Tutto non è solo perfetto.Il personale è molto amichevole e disposto ad aiutare. Il cibo è delizioso.Mi hanno invitato a bere tè molte volte, e'molto buono.Mi trattano come una famiglia.Se torno, rimarrò al 100% vicino alla stessa persona.La stanza è anche perfetta.Pulizia, posizione conveniente, buone strutture. Ma il vero punto luminoso è quello di eseguirlo.

TTravel_with_soo_yanThe room is clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The hotel provides almost everything you need and allows early check in which is perfect for me to rest a while after a long journey.
The hotel is not too far away from major attractions and close to many food stores/grocery shops, it is easy to get quality food around the area. That said, their breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Chinese food, it's definitely good for value and more importantly convenient.
Staff are friendly and helpful as always although I'm not sure if communicating in English would be equally easy as the hotel mainly serves local tourists.

The lift lobby access is allowing the public to access as well, that is not good in term of hotel user security.

UUtente ospiteExcellent staff. Touched by the effort taken to write a bilingual note with gift fruit bowl. Also, very courteous clearing staff at breakfast. Room was spacious but decor a bit past its best and some of the electric sockets were not working.
Drawback for me as a non smoker was the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the hotel. I was also curious about the choice of the Yuanming yuan plundered heads for decor, as possibly can send mixed messages.

When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures. The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.
I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw.
The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience.
I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.
The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options.
There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job.
I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help.
The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices.
I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork .

UUtente ospite地理位置很優越，門口有公交站，特色美食。前台兩個小姐姐服務特別好，雖然保潔阿姨出了點小插曲，但是解決問題很快。酒店外觀和大廳特別氣派，房間也乾淨，但是我們旅途疲憊，沒顧上拍照。院裏有很大停車場，大隱隱於市的感覺，非常適合自駕遊。我們次日要趕車，匆匆忙忙吃了個早餐，種類還算豐富。

UUtente ospite酒店印入眼簾的是中式風格，大堂很優雅永不過時，進入大堂就聽到迎客聲，前台很熱情，主打一個親切，酒店還準備了當地特色小吃，大氣，上去房間裏很寬敞，舒適，衞生也很清爽的感覺。晚上洗澡好還有洗衣服務，服務員還幫忙烘乾了，真的蠻不錯。良心酒店。讓我們出差的人有歸屬感。酒店旁邊是世客城，剛好散步過去，體驗客家情。為你們👍👍👍

UUtente anonimoThey didn't speak any English and were not very handy with any translator. Despite that, some cleaning (or accommodation? I was not sure about their role) ladies tried her best. I had to change the room twice cause they were both on the ground floor and they had humidity and fungus. Luckily the one I finally got was better but with mosquitos, yay!
Good point, everything was pretty clean in the room and the AC (so necessary at this time) worked pretty well.

DDavid AyrI cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.
