先説評價，我覺得蠻好的，可以給5星，就是一開始外面看起來不行，進來了之後也是先讓前台小姐姐帶去看房之後才定下來，訂的大床後面換了標間，酒店在教育大樓裏面一個院子，在外面全是步行街的老城區中心區來講，屬於離各吃喝玩樂的地方蠻近，又不會喧囂的一個地方，鬧中取靜，睡的蠻好，房間很乾凈整潔，設施很新很好，需要的都有，不需要的沒有，把空間合理利用了，進去不會覺得很擠，畢竟住的一家子，前台服務也很好，很熱情的回答我們很多問題，旅遊規劃，推薦特色吃飯的地方，贛州菜是有一點辣[捂臉]，總之贛州玩的開心，住的也開心，下次有機會會再來的。

Certo, il ventilatore è troppo buono rispetto all'hotel generale, molto buono La camera ospite è molto brava a raccogliere luce, dotata di TV a schermo grande e una funzione di schermo tastiere può anche godere di un festival audio alto chiaro nella stanza.Le prestazioni luminose della finestra sono buone e il camion intelligente porta un'esperienza di uso più confortevole. La prossima volta è molto soddisfatto di vivere

設施：酒店內有自助餐廳一家，中餐廳一家，咖啡吧枱一個，小童室外活動場有個滑梯，沙池還有點攀爬的設施，游泳池不大，淺水池高度0.9米，小童友好，有十來個人遊就感覺擁擠，出入有接駁車到七鯉古鎮中遊玩，其實酒店就在小鎮上，房間的設施床偏硬，枕頭一個偏低，洗手間獨立廁所隔開，但真的好窄，風格偏老，這個要吐槽，房間也沒覺得寬敞，但礦泉水飲料管夠。 衞生：還可以，沒發現什麼沒辦法接受的事情 環境：天氣有點熱可惜了，就臨走前出來走了一下，可惜了，天氣涼爽的話值得出來走走，酒店的環境其實還是很舒服的，江南園林的建築裝修風格，跟蘇州另外一家洲際酒店竹輝那家風格很像。 服務：服務還是可以的，不管是入住加的管家，還是整理房間的阿姨都是服務很好，態度也是很好的。

Trip.com shows an average score of 4.7/5.0  . I personally think it deserves a 5.0. When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures.  The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.  I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw. The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience. I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.  The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options. There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job. I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help. The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices. I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork .
