Absolutely an amazing time at Hotel Sinclairs on the land of Himalayas. Rooms are excellent with modern amenities and food was just mouth watering. Lovely ambience. All staffs are very courteous.. Amazing property .. had a great experience. The staff is very nice and helpful... We enjoyed the our stay ot the property. The restaurant buffet is great with wide spread , but some dishes are repeated on days, maybe because we stayed for 4 nights. The restaurant team is truly customer eccentric and go out of the way to keep the diners happy. Felt very pampered. Special call out to Renuka, Subham, Aman, Neha and Sunita who gave us a WOW feeling and made us feel special. They are great asset to the hotel. Tha Spa experience too was great and the masseur was excellent. But the bar needs more attention wrt availablity of drinks and cocktail.

We stayed at The Z Retreat & Spa for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of city life, offering a calm and quiet environment. The room was quite spacious, neat and comfy. We had the room decoration done and it was decorated very nicely. The food there was also good. We had the candlelight dinner and the food & drinks were really good. The food is pocket-friendly. The staff there was very courteous and helpful; they answered all your questions promptly and made sure you felt supported. The Z Retreat is a good choice of hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit Gangtok as a couple or with a family. Thank you.

Glad I found this hotel.. it’s good for both families , couples and even if you are travelling with parents (I was). So After doing a lot of research I finally got in touch with Meena Singhi , the owner. Smooth response and i must say everything was as I was told. We booked an executive room with a mountain view. Though it was on the 3rd floor it was not exhausting at all. The check-in was very smooth. Sanjay and Sameer are two excellent staffs of this hotel. Their behaviour and hospitality was top notch and my parents also appreciated it very much. Rooms - We were at the 3rd floor executive room. The room was very neat and well kept and had a good view of the mountain in-front. Bed sheets , blankets were spotless , clean and very comfy. Although it was foggy due to the rain but the fog added another ambience to the scene. Tea coffee sachets were available with electric kettle. I was also provided with an extra mattress so no issues there. Food - Breakfast is complimentary if you opt for it. The food here is veg with a selected menu but they are the best at each one of it. They take a bit of time around 30-45 mins but its fresh and made from scratch. So it’s worth the wait. Their Steamed momo and Afghani momo are worth the try. Compliments to chef Yogen. Location : It’s a 8-10 mins walk from the hotel to Mg Marg . It’s a very little upward and then all the way down to Mg Marg. It’s worth the walk. If you want to stay at a quite , good and standard hotel which is near to Mg Marg this could be the one. So to summarise , If you are looking for a standard , quite , good hospitable place neared to Mg Marg this place is surely worth it. I ***** with my parents enjoyed everyday of our stay here. A big shoutout to Sanjay and Sameer for their unmatched Hospitality and chef Yogen for the good food. Really an asset to this place. Have a happy stay!
