Room Amenities are excellent, Rooms are very neat and clean with all facilities. Food Quality was beyond expectations. Good Staff services specially by ***ager Mr. Tarak Pradhan & Shrijana, Sapna, Beybika, Bhomika, Nirmal, Pritam,Sagar and suk***.

Ms.shreejana is very nice. Nice food Nice staff Nice service Must visit. Very good hotel.nice ambiance better to go in this hotel good construction good facilities also near to mg road market price of food and rooms are also not costly and good vibes there.

Very nice room services and very good staff.. Room also need and clean. A bit far from M. G market but it's a amazing place. Natural view from all rooms with parking. All staff are good behavior.. Thanks for hotel receptionist ms Nirmala rai..

I visited Royal Orchid & Spa hotel gangtok than I had breakfast every thing was nice food was very tasty and service very cooperative specially front office Thanks to ms Nirmala Rai and all team is very good i visit again and again thanks a lot...

Beautiful stay Friendly staff and their services were really nice to us we stay for 3 night and we all are very much satisfied with the service. Their hospitality was really good always smiling face and polite behavior especially Nirmala was really good. Room were clean and good to stay Must visit hotel Royal orchid and spa perfect to stay..

I visited Gangtok on 15th February 2024 with my all family really like the hotel staff food was osom and thanks to the receptionist staff specially miss Nirmala so friendly and helpful thanks to all staff lovely stay and we visit again...........

Excellent service ❤️ good experience with them I loved service of them ,there have lots of patients to handle customers .room was neat,good service ,nothing was to much trouble ,we had a great time in our room , comfortable,quiet , peaceful

Breakfast must be server whole at the saif time. And good quality must be improved. The food is salteles. Room provided was good facilities. I like the politeness of the staff and service provided by them as needed. Overall good experience we had.

Very good and efficient service specially with reception staff Nirmala. ……. Response time for every need was so quick that make things easier. Would have been much better if the hotel was serving non vegetarian food. Any way it was ok. God bless her. …….
