Excellent place and service. Staff is very courteous and cooperative in supporting for family needs. Cleanliness, and spacious area in room are key highlights. Very close to MG Marg which a plus for evenings for either food, shopping or even getting a taste of culture during some of the local events.

Food was very bad in taste...we stayed here for 3 nights and had very bad experience .... The. room we got was very conjucsted and we even didn't get warm water. There wasn't even ready to eat , service was really very slow because of staff. This went below our expectations and we are very disappointed.

Hospitality of management staff is so humble and kind that we felt as staying in own home. Food was so delicious that from children to adult all enjoyed thoroughly. Reception staff has complete information for Sikkim tour places. Overall awesome experience.

It was wonderful experience staying in this hotel, had a great time, throughout the stay. The staffs were good, friendly and very very helpfull. The mg market is just 10 mins walk away from the hotel . The view which was there from my room was tremendous. Staffs Sonam, Beepana, Grace , Dinesh and other staffs were great 👍

It's was an amazing stay over deliso fantastic.. I just went with my wife to travel over there and we booked thos hotel the hotel was amazing stay ... The service was also excellent they were very hard working girls over the restaurant they always keep smiling face specially miss grace she always smile and talk so friendly... Her present make us so comfortable... Good talk and get to know the things... All staff were very good miss bepana ,Sonam ,bir ,manish and adarsh Thank you everyone for the excellent service 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

I have ever felt like a heaven on the earth ❤️ everything was the best and in the future I will recommend all my friends and family to stay here... like cozy and very comfortable stay 💝 the breakfast and dinner was awesome 👍🏻 I will give to this hotel 5 out of 5.

It was a beautiful experience......the views from the hotel are amazing.....the market is on walkable distance.......the foods good and the hospitality is warm...especially Grace made it an wonderful experience with all the care and kindness

We had a very comfortable stay. Supplies of toiletries is adequate, bed, bed linen and towels are clean . The staff are friendly , helpful , approachable and work with a smile . I would particularly mention the following for their excellent service and attention : Santosh Singh , Supervisor - Housekeeping Sushant - Guard Satyam - Maintenance Grace, Beepena, Sonam, Bir and Manish at the Restaurant ensured we got fresh, hot food in adequate quantity . Our stay was comfortable. All the staff were courteous and kind in their approach. I recommend people to stay here for their best stay . Specifically miss grace from the restaurant she help me a lot Verging friendly with us always have a smiling face in front of us very great ful to have her service Excellent service from her Thank you so much for the service Thank you everyone for making ours stay underful
