Had a grat time in Cilantro Unwind Delisso hotel, Gangtok . Great hospitality and welcoming gesture by front office team Ms Sonam, Mr Bir, Mr Adarsh. Thanks to restaurant team Ms Gracey and Ms Beepana as well . Walkable distance from famous MG Marg.

It was a great trip here We had a great time here. Best service specially receptionist Ms.Sonam, restaurant staff Gracey Bepana everybody were good. We had a 2 checkins and both the times we were welcomed jn a very properly and homely manner. Great food rooms location everything. 👌

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food everyday and loved the convenient location close to major attraction like the famous MG marg is just 10 to 15 mins walkable distance.

Neat and clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are specious and arranged properly. All the food prepared for breakfast and dinner was amazing. Special thanks to manager Bir, Bipina, Gracy and Santosh impressed us with great hospitality.

Excellent and comfortable stay at Cilantro deliso Gangtok. Like to mention Ms. Sonam Diki and the entire team for making our stay comfortable. The housekeeping and restaurant team was amazing too.. Thanks again, will surely recommend Cilantro hotels.

Had a great experience staying here all the staffs made us feel like home, the food were delicious and the best part is the famous MG Marg is in walkable distance. I personally recommend you guys to book your stay here.❤️ Had a wonderful time, best place to visit in Sikkim

An excellent experience overall with a beautiful ambience , lovely location,and great food. The wonderful hospitality by Ms Sonam, Mr. Adarsh and Mr Bir has made the stay a memorable one. Definitely a highly recommended abode away from home in the hearts of beautiful Gangtok.

I'm not a guest, I came across this Hotel and worked for 1 month with disappointment as they don't have any facilities for staff only the accommodation with a broken door, no geyser, no cafeteria for staff to eat. We have to eat in a drainage area with a dirty table 🤢. With that the staff survived but still when I said I'll give one month notice period as there's no facilities and I don't like the place, they replied If you want to leave just leave there's no need of notice period just leave I'll give you your full salary then leave. But what happened is that they are cheater management cheats on me as I'm not from Sikkim so they did whatever they wanted and there's no right for staff to claim their rights no one is there to listen to us. But though as per agreement they said they'll give full salary with 4 weekly off a month but then they cut my 4 off and my half day salary. My suggestion is that if you want to work in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Jaipur finds another place another job but not Cilantro. In Cilantro you'll get nothing to learn nothing to earn just nothing they won't treat you like humans especially if you're not from Sikkim. Avoid when you know the truth it's useless to throw your diamonds to pigs. Cilantro the WORST. 🤢🤮🤮 Even if you are a guest try not to choose this hotel it's worse than it looks. Both inside and outside. Trust me there are more good hotels in Gangtok which treat staff like humans and treat guests better with good service. Cilantro the WORST organization I've ever been 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

It was a really wonderful stay at cilantro Hotel..staffs were really courties. Rooms were spacious and had a memorable stay..thanks to cilantro team surely visit again and the view from the room were really top notch..Thanks to reception team for the assistance for everything.
