그 외에는 가격, 청결, 편안함, 소음, 접근성 등 모두 좋지 않습니다.

바다바로 앞이고 강릉 근처여서 근처에 베이커리카베도 있지만 위생이나 시설은 정돈이 필요함 싼맛에 이용가능 마운틴뷰

저렴하게 이용하였습니다. 주차장 위치가 정확하지 않습니다.
43000원대에 오션뷰였는데 바다를 보며 회를 포장해다 먹었습니다. 비다에서 무지개도 뜨고 아주 행복한 시간이었습니다.
방도 띠듯해서 하루 잘 보내고 갑니다.
여름에는 비싸지겠더라고요^^
1층 편의점은 아침 일찍은 안 열어서 조금 당황했습니다.
만족스런 강릉 여행이었습니다.

주변 시설이 많지 않지만 1층 편의점과 식당 있어요
밤에 폭죽소리 이외에 소음 없고, 바로앞 버스정류장 있어서
뚜벅이 여행도 수월 합니다! 조용한 여행지로 추천 합니다!

전체적으로 구축의 느낌이 나서 객실자체가 엄청 깔끔하거나 세련된 느낌은 아니지만, 위생상 크게 문제 없는 정도의 청결 상태와 이 가격에 이정도 오션뷰는 찾기 힘들거라 생각합니다!!
너무 번화하지 않은 곳에 숙소를 잡고 싶고 오션뷰가 중요하지만 가성비를 챙기고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다 ㅎㅎ
