The location was good. The hotel was impressive. However, the rooms were a little tight. The worse thing was the air-conditioning which didn't work. Don't know if the temperature is all centrally set or what?Other than that, (the air-conditioning issue) it was a very nice stay. The staff were very good. Some of them spoke English perfectly, which is fantastic. They were also very helpful, which we appreciated.

Beautiful hotel with awesome view from the balcony !

Location for viewing the ocean is fantastic. We stayed 2 nights in the room with ocean view and lake view. Make sure to ask if corner room is available. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very courteous and prompt with requests. The view alone deserves 5 stars at this hotel. I would definitely be visiting here again.

It’s correct but it’s not really the service for a 4 starts hotel. Quality of the room is very average. The swimming pool and the view are good.

It was a good experience overall but the hotel is a little expensive compared to the amenities they provided. Well, the food was amazing.

Concierge is very helpful and professional staffs.

Looking at the snow-covered sandy beach from the room of the "East Sea" oceanview was a very beautiful experience. I'll revisit. Thank you.

overall experience was decent, the location is the best part about this hotel. it was fairly crowded even on a weekday. the check in process was fine and the room quality overall was decent. the room and bathroom felt like it could need a deep cleaning. there is a infinity pool on the 20th floor and it was worthwhile, but they charge you an extra fee of ₩30,000 (masks mandatory). the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, the majority of the food felt like it was low grade, and service was menial. the most disappointing part was the late night snack i chose to order from the BHC chicken place on the first floor. its crispy but there was literally so little meat, i was just eating the fried skin.. maybe because i went near closing time they gave me a bad batch, but overall super disappointing for the over marked price. there is also a small convenience store that stay open till 12am.

명절에 온 가족 여행에서 멋진 바다뷰도 보고, 멋진 호텔 야경까지 너무 만족스러운 호텔이었어요. 수영을 하진 못한 게 아쉽지만 그래도 어른들도 만족하고 모래사장을 거닐 수 있는 해변가도 가깝고, 경포호수도 가까워서 너무 좋었어요. 비가 와서 아침 동해안 알출을 못본게 아쉬웠을뿐... 호텔 자체는 좋았습니다.

오션뷰에 묵었었는데요. 뷰가 진짜 미쳤어요. 저는 12층에 배정 받았구요. 9월초에 다녀왔는데 날씨가 엄청 더워서 비수기라고 하지만 여름이나 마찬가지예요. 그래서 인티니티풀 카운터에서 할인받고, 저는 다음날 아침에 갔는데~ 우와 제가 1번으로 도착해서 사진찍고, 수영했어요 사람이 오전에는 거의 없었어요. 참 삼각대 가지고 가시면 좋아요. 꼭 챙겨가세요. 아침에는 해돋이를 호텔룸에서 보고, 밤에는 반짝이는 별도 호텔룸에서 볼 수 있어 넘 좋았어요. 갑작스럽게 생긴 휴가 무작정 떠났는데, 넘 좋았어요. 경포호수 산책하며 힐링하고 최고 였어요.

덕분에 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다 생각보다 좀 작았소 엘베가 조금은 답답했지만 그래도 좋았습니다 그리고 더블룸은 많이 작았어요 다음에는 트윈룸으로 예매해야할것같아요

部屋は清潔でオーシャンビューを選択していたこともありベランダからの景色も綺麗でした。 スタッフの方もチェックインやジム利用時など親切に対応して下さいました。 夏の時期なので夜に虫がベランダに集まり、どの生物が出す鳴き声か不明でしたが一晩中泣き止まず眠りが浅くなりました（笑）が、自然の中にある以上どこのホテルでも避けられないことですね。 逆に無視の鳴き声で遅起き習慣が身に付いていながらも早起きできたおかげで、海沿いや湖周囲を早朝散歩できました。海沿いのロケーションは本当にリフレッシュにピッタリです。また機械あれば利用したいです。
