It was good experience with family and great service the staff. Breakfast also too good and filled with lots of amenities like a pool and kids play area.

Property location and infrastructure is good but service is very poor no one care about your stay no housekeeping until u say anything to them television not getting signal every-time

The stay is very comfortable and aesthetic...especially the cottages😍 Very helpful staff and the food is yumm. The view at the sky restaurant while having breakfast is so soothing. Good food, Good mood and Good stay..what else do you need for a holiday 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Property is in remote location and cottage we booked were away from the hotel and no other bookings were there when we stayed we were alone in that cottage which is far away from hotel and no security present, you should stay their with your own risk

Accommodation is good. Surrounding is good. Service is extremely poor. Staff is not prepared when you arrive. Dental kit was missing. Towels were missing. Bathroom lock was not working. Housekeeping does not clean your room for an entire day when you are back. No water bottles. Swimming pool was not clean. Flies were floating in swimming pool when we went for swim.

Good room, good food, good swimming pool. Except service at the restaurant which is very slow. Also we ask them to clean the room but they don’t pay attention to that may be bacause lesser staff. But overall good stay.

Rooms are decent and new. Infrastructure was very good and new. But understaffed. Not trained at all. They make it hard to stay here. Not allowed to park in front of lobby even though there is a huge space. Forced us to go out and park outside. Response was poor during our stay. Food was delicious in restaurant. Breakfast was manageable. Sourabh from ground staff and siddharth from restaurant/breakfast were the only people wearing a smile when approached. Receptionist during our check in was very helpful showing rooms and helped booking. Nice of him overall you can consider if you dont find any other professional place near by.

Hotel locality is good. It has a kids zone where kids enjoy themselves. The complimentary breakfast was average. One issue faced like balcony doors are not locking.

Last night we stayed in royal rich county, gangavati and it was a pleasant stay. It's a nice property on the northern side of tungabhadra. Reaching hampi ruins from here take about an hour. Hotel is just by the side of main road and we really liked the entrance. It's a huge property with swimming pool, kids playzone, bar, restaurant, convention hall. Kids will love this place definitely. Rooms are huge and neat and clean. Toilet was spotlessly clean. Bed qas comfy and we had good sleep. The rail themed restaurant is nice specially with foods coming in train. Points to improve - 1. Food in the restaurant is tasteless. I am sorry to say that last night i ate worst possible mushroom preperation of my life. It was ao hard that even forks cant pinch. So food is a huge scope for improvement. Breakfast buffet was better though. 2. Request to management is to start breakfast from at least 7:30 am. Guests who are staying to visit hampi or staying midway between jog-falls will have advantage. 3. Toiletries were minimum. There was no hand soap. It was provided after we requested. 4. Lots of mosquitos inside room and there was no liquidator. Thankfully we were carrying one. Please consider how to get rid of mosquitos as they are pretty dangerous in causing disease. Overall i will count it as a decent stay for a night and will recommend people to try this hotel.
