There were no amenities provided by the hotel staff in terms of basic toiletries, bathroom geysers were not functioning properly

Bathroom faucet and jet spray was not working. No proper staff (hotel attendants or receptionist) to attend to queries of customers. An additional towel was asked for but wasn’t provided. Water bottles provided were refilled disposable bottles (not even with seal)

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room's quality was subpar, the non-functional lift was inconvenient, smelly towels and a leaking ac were major issues. The staff's push for a tip upon entering the room felt uncomfortable. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience.

The room is decent for the price, but my first impression of the receptionist was not that good as he never seem to welcome the customer like us.

Check in and check out experience was terrible. Charged 300 extra for 1 hour late check out. We were there for ipl and reached hotel at 4 in the night. There was no cooperation. Hotel is just looking for money
