Pathetic service as number of service staffs were just few that nobody could serve you tea. The food options were very limited.

During the ******** traffic jam they gave my daughter and i shelter. After that we checked in. Such a magnificent view the food is amazing. People are lovely! totally recommend staying.

Only view is good, location is nice but service of team is horrible! actually they were very less staffed. Even could not serve a tea ! A two star hotel gives better services. One two people were only there who were managing and taking care of service needs of the visitors. They don’t wear uniforms either. You have to ask them whether they work here ?

Food was worst and services was pathetic will never recommend to anyone, i even tried calling make my trip to help in the middle of our stay but could not get any help, foods were given same last night, this is resort we were stuck in snow and in lunch they said we will not provide after requesting they gave dal chawal and if u ask for tea or coffee they say we don’t provide this. Terrible terrible

one of the worst experience i had.there is no Central heating and Rooms are cold -10 degree we don't have any heating in room.Service very poor no one available after 9 pm to 7 am.
