Siamo rimasti a bordo per 2 giorni. Le camere erano pulite e molto buone siamo vegetariani, quindi i pasti erano buoni e abbiamo avuto opzioni. Siamo stati così caldamente accolti da Sithmin. La posizione era fantastica e la vista al sole era calda. Ci siamo divertiti così felicemente.

The service is outstanding! Rooms are very clean, plus the toilet looks perfect although feels a little bit old. Breakfast menu are reasonably good considering its price tag. They have set menu for Lunch and dinner, comes with appetizer and fruit for finishing. Swimming pool is clean. Going to stay here again sometimes as it is close to the airport!

Come pratica, di solito parlo a diversi collaboratori quando visitavo qualche posto prima di fare un vero commento per il miglioramento di quell'organizzazione. Visto tanti facciati tristi in questo luogo felice, ho pensato molto spesso se scrivere su questo o no. La cura dei clienti esterni è una buona cosa finché i clienti interni (i vostri dipendenti) si sentono anche equamente trattati. “I clienti non vengono prima. I dipendenti lo fanno. Se prendete cura dei vostri dipendenti, naturalmente si prenderanno cura dei clienti. Il vostro personale non sembra felice e come clienti possiamo sentire anche queste cose.

Questo hotel è eccellente, belle camere grandi, molto pulite, bella piscina, cibo eccellente e rapporto qualità-prezzo, il miglior hotel di Colombo per il prezzo e il personale molto cordiale e attento

This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.

L'igiene è buona, il gilet è un po'aromatico. Il gilet deve essere rinnovato, ok, non è grande.Il vestito è relativamente semplice, la scatola di sicurezza di ogni stanza è diversa, alcuni non sono fissati sulla parete. Il prezzo della casa è troppo alto per essere vicino all'aeroporto (4km), quindi può non essere possibile colpire l'auto alla sera. Il conducente Uber cancellerà l'ordine e aumenterà il prezzo. Alcuni prenotazioni dell'hotel contengono un ricevimento/trasmissione gratuito per una volta, bene, l'auto è anche più nuova. Ci sono auto commerciali di terzi che possono affittare anche i conducenti e tornare ai prezzi.Il servizio è molto buono, 90% dei dipendenti sono molto entusiasti.La comunicazione con il manager di dovere è molto buona. Ci sono negozi di souvenir sottostanti che possono acquistare carte di valore. La faccia di frutta del ristorante cinese è buona. Se l'igiene può essere migliorata un po'.La reception è relativamente lenta, ma la qualità del servizio globale è buona.

I stayed one night before I flew out from Sri Lanka. The room was clean and had good air con. Wifi was strong. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The price of my meals and beer was very good and the food tasty. I was well looked after and had a good chat about cricket and Shane Warne. For a very small fee i was able to organise late check out (8.00 pm) The drop-off at the airport was included in the price of the stay. This place was excellent value for money.

La mia esperienza è stata meravigliosa in questo hotel. Il cibo era delizioso, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Quando arrivo la prima notte, e' la notte. Il signore ha bisogno di contattarlo. Aprirà la macchina Tuktuk per aiutarmi a prendere i bagagli. Saranno anche interessati alla tendenza degli ospiti. Mi ricordano la sicurezza a notte.La stanza è molto pulita, fornisce un po'di acqua calda e acqua minerale, e il raffreddamento dell'aria condizionata è anche buono.La stanza non ha menzione di acqua calda, in realtà è fornita anche di acqua calda, ma può richiedere un trapano e un dente. E'piu'come un giardino privato, anche se c'è un suono che vola a volte, ma la maggior parte delle volte è molto tranquillo.Specialmente hanno cercato di caricare WiFi.E l'hotel dispone di una cucina, e può consultare il responsabile se vuole. Hotel molto buono con personale molto amichevole e utile. L'hotel e le camere sono state molto mantenute. Il cibo nel ristorante è stato eccellente e prezioso (lunch e cena). Il trasferimento gratuito ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, tempo di guida circa 15 minuti. Tornerò a tutti. Grazie a il personale carino.
