Good nights sleep before a cruise vacation but I would recommend some sound barriers between the rooms. We could hear the neighbors TV on one side and we could hear the neighbors arguing on the other side. Overall, would stay here again.

Check n was quick the clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds are comfortable, and they also have a nice sitting area, a workout room and a pool. Will definitely stay with them again. Plus a continental breakfast!

The bath tubs are really slick. Some grab bars or a non slip coating on the bottom of the tub should be added.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. THe front desk staff were helpful.
However, there was no in-room cleaning for the three days we were there. And there were no new towels. We did ask the second morning and were given a new set, but that was not policy.

Never even checked in and you charged me. So ya. Horrible experience. Don't stay here. They are thieves

Was a good place to lay our heads for a night. Most of the staff was super great and helpful, good attitudes. The room was kind of wet (carpet was wet for some reason) but the view was good for what we paid. So I didn't complain or anything. I'm sure they would have moved us and accommodated us if we wanted just fine. Overall 4/5 and would recommend if you just need a place to sleep without issues.

Limited options due to “winter “ business. Only one key available for room due to lack of inventory, bar and snack bar not open for winter. Not convenient to walk to any dining venue

I was given a room different than what i booked online. The room wasnt cleaned property so I asked to be changed to another room.
The new room happened to be the room I booked. Unfortunately the smoke alarm was faulty and kept on going off. I brought this to the help desk attendants attention and was given 2 batteries to switch out. That dis not solve the issue so I was told to just unplug the smoke alarm from the wall.
There was not another room available for us to stay in so i climbed up on the bed to attempt to disconnect the faulty fire alarm. This took care of the issue and management credited me back 50%.

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Great staff. Price was very reasonable. Underground parking was an added bonus.
