We are diamond members so we've stayed at a lot of hikton properties. I saw this new one and thought it would be fine for a 1 night stay before our cruise. It was very disappointing. First, it's an old Comfort Inn building that they have remodeled, and poorly. My teenager painted his bedroom better than the hotel room. The lobby smelled horribly musty and the room was only slightly better. Location was great, but Hilton is overcharging for what this hotel can offer.

This is my first negative review that I’ve ever written. Let me start by saying that I had a reservation from August 4th-12th. While I was checking in, the front desk clerk (Michelle)was extremely rude. The person that relived her was even worse. I came down to ask about the WiFi code because what they gave me wasn’t working and they never answered phones. The guy-(don’t know his name) but he was a big guy with glasses. Kept telling me the code and it wouldn’t work. He literally rolled his eyes at me, made a tick sound with his mouth and a big sigh. Turns out they had spelled my name wrong. He was still very rude after finding out they had made the mistake. Before I went up I asked about my reservation I found out that it had been changed to check out on the 9th! They had already booked up and I was totally out of luck. They didn’t even apologize. They said they sent an email about the change and there was NO such email. I will say that the other employees were very nice. The pool was not working and Michelle said they put that it was closed on the website but they had not. I’m not sure why she would even say that. The hallways stunk so bad. Rooms were not cleaned while I was there 4th-9th. Had to get toilet paper, ice bucket and trash bag from the front desk. My room wasn’t bad, a little stinky. We ended up finding another hotel and lt was clean, smelled fresh and the staff were very nice. I’m so glad we ended our trip on such a positive note!

Located right across from the seawall and 61st Street Pier. Limited parking in the front, however there is more parking in the rear as well as an elevator to transport you inside the hotel. Large step in front of the front doors, wish it was more level with the road to wheel up any luggage. Inviting feel inside, friendly staff, and the room I stayed in also had a balcony. Spacious accommodations, large bed, ample bathroom space, including a tub, enough towels for an overnight stay, and overall comfortable. Breakfast was continental but tasted fresh.

This is not a new hotel. It is an old Comfort Inn that has been repainted (and it looks like a 5 year old did it). Doors to maintenance and laundry areas were off the hinges. The carpet was dirty in the hallway. On our way in to our room, we had to kill a large water bug one of two we killed within 3 hours. The hotel is set back off Seawall Blvd. There is a liquor store and vape shop on the pad site out front. Shady characters were hanging around. The bed was comfy. Free breakfast was rather slim pickings.

Some staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is great for waterfront beach area, eating places and easy to get a LYFT or Uber to cruise ship terminals. However, this facility is very old and needs a decent updating. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned, however, had been freshly stocked with towels. Gross uncleanliness at base of toilet. The towel rack came out of the wall when my husband grabbed rack to get a towel. The breakfast was just bagels and a juice machine. Not good. The cost was way overpriced for the facility quality! They take advantage of being across the street from beach and somewhat near the cruise terminal and charge more. I would not recommend staying there unless it is your last choice.

Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this place. I understand it's a More affordable "Hilton" option, but mildew and musty stench fill the place, the lobby, the halls, the elevator the rooms. The front desk lady isn't the best at customer service, and is quite rude. If you book this place they the Hilton app know without a doubt you'll be paying upon arrival. And that your payment never came out the bank. Our trip was almost ruined because of this. (It's in their policies) The breakfast is literally stale bagels and pre packaged muffins. The coffee was excellent though! Pool was excellent except for a young couple being way to affectionate in front of families w kids. For the amount of money spent here, I could have gotten 2 nights at motel6 and had the same musty quality. I'll stick with what I know and what I like. I'm not fancy or bougie in any way, but when paying Hilton prices you expect Hilton quality. THIS AINT IT!!!! No pics cuz it was that disappointing.

Worst service. I have called every number found online and given to me by neighboring hotels. Not one time did any one answer. I have been calling about my reservation for over 48 hours multiple times an hour. Not one answer. Even the local hotels say that they never answer the phones and that guests cancel their reservations and stay elsewhere because of it. I am definitely going to do the same.
