They don’t have any customer services at all
The employees was at lobby eating at breakfast which is for guest only. One house keeper was sleeping at breakfast room. I think is not appropriate to mixed employees and guests tother. The employees need to have their own room to have rest in there own time.

Very nice hotel and is in a great location! O my complaint is the WiFi is so slow it’s just okay to just use data.

We booked a room that had a sofa bed and our room had an entirely separate lovong room with a full kitchen! Pool was open until 10pm, so kids got to swim, and the breakfast the next morning was the best free breakfast I have ever experienced! What a gem!

They waited until 15 minutes before we said we were arriving to tell us our reservation was overbooked and that we would have to call ******* ourselves to figure it out. Rude staff, bad management.

The heater was controlled by a wall thermostat but the wall heater gave off COLD air when set at 68 degrees. We had a junior suite and there were no extra blankets needless to say it was a horrible night sleep, very cold.

When I checked in I was given a key that wouldn’t activate my door, went downstairs to get key reprogrammed only to be told I held my key too close to my cell phone! I travel on an average two to three night every week, trust me I know not to put my hotel key in with my cell phone, and besides I carry my cell phones in my backpack and motel key in my front pocket!
