Hotel in zona Stockton Main Building, Galloway

My stay (July 3rd through July 5th) was a restful and relaxing experience. My room was very clean and comfortable. My room passed my white glove test which is very, very rare post Covid when so many hotels are cutting corners. The bed, the pillows, the shower head and water pressure were excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. The checking in and out process was very easy. The hotel is modern and clean. It was a fully booked hotel yet very quiet. The pantry area was well stocked and maintained. We slept in and needed more towels amongst other things and there were no issues with getting the necessary items. With only a short 15 minute drive to AC, this is a great spot to be close by but still away from all of the noise and crowds. I wound definitely recommend and return.

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

Generally good hotel of that size and number of guests. Friendly staff, room was very clean. Great location. It was very crowded the date we checked in. It was a bit of unexpected that it would take that long to check-in. They would also charge more than expected because we did the check-in before 4pm.

Ho scoperto al momento del check-in che c'è un deposito cauzionale di $ 100! I fondi sarebbero stati rilasciati 3-5 giorni lavorativi. Ciò ha avuto un impatto considerevole sulle mie già molto sp****e finanze. La camera che ho prenotato non era la camera che ho ricevuto. Era nella parte opposta dell'hotel, lontano dal nostro gruppo, creando una situazione molto difficile per noi. Più tardi nella notte abbiamo scoperto che lo scarico della vasca da bagno avrebbe beneficiato dei servizi di un idraulico. Il lato dell'hotel la nostra camera era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera in sé era pulita. Dal momento che non era una questione di vita o di morte, affrontiamo la situazione. Abbiamo camminato più all'interno dell'hotel navigando tra la nostra camera e una fonte di cibo o il nostro gruppo di quanto abbiamo camminato sul lungomare. Tieni presente che molti venditori accettano solo contanti e molti non hanno nemmeno i prezzi pubblicati. Aspettati da $ 9 / fetta di pizza semplice o semplice torta a imbuto, cheeseburger da $ 18 e oltre e pianifica di conseguenza il tuo soggiorno ad Atlantic City. La piscina è all'aperto, profonda circa 4 piedi e il fondo sembra di plastica. Sono quasi caduto quando sono entrato perché il mio piede dormiva. Non ho mai dormito in una piscina prima! I bambini si sono divertiti comunque.

Il paesaggio è senza scena, il cibo cinese è delizioso e la stanza è lussuosa.Il più pulito hotel che abbia mai visto
