We really had good time in this place, it was so close to nearest beaches ( you should walk or take a bus but l did not mind) we explored different beaches and areas each day🤩 there are very cute cats 😇☺️Also owner is so helpful and very polite guy, thank you so much

Splendida struttura. Con uno stile sobrio, spartano e al tempo stesso elegante, offre tutte le comodità desiderabili, massima pulizia, silenzio e relax assoluti. La mattina, prima di andare a mare, e la sera, dopo essere stati a cena, è stato bellissimo intrattenersi nell'ampio patio con piscina, attorno al quale sorgono gli appartamenti. Vassillis, il titolare, è un'ottima persona, seria e molto disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti al kanso Rooms, per noi è stato tutto perfetto. Camera davvero oltre le aspettative nuova e arredata con gusto pulita con dedizione ogni giorno dalla signora Maria! Bagno piccolo ma efficiente, c’è anche una piccola verandina che si affaccia su una moderna piscina. Sinceramente è filato tutto liscio. Il proprietario attento e disponibile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Fosse per noi ci ritorneremo senza pensarci troppo. Per girare l’isola comunque consigliamo di affittare un’auto.

Vassily was the perfect host. It seems like the man never sleeps. He was up early working and offered us endless suggestions of places to eat and visit. The hotel itself is located just outside of old town so for us with a car it was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of old town Chania. Raking was included. The rooms were well air conditioned with comfortable beds and a good size terrace. Our only complaint if we were being picky was that the bathroom was a bit small. We would recommend a shower curtain as we created a slight flood with every shower. The kitchenette was well equipped so we could enjoy our breakfasts without going out to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel as it added to our wonderful stay in Chania. By the way there is a pool which looked very inviting. We were just too tired after all our adventures to it!

The property was lovely. It was very clean and cosy. All the staff are very pleasant. It was just like being at home with all the cats. The property is not far from the beach, resraurants and shops. The local buses are great for getting around. I would definetely recommend this property.

It was such a lovely stay. It exceeded our expectation. The room was clean and kept clean during our stay. Staff was politely and there for us. Great location - away from the city noise and yet just couple of minutes from it, close to beaches. Perfect for families

From the very beginning the owner welcomed us with such care. The place itself it’s located perfectly outside the rush of people but yet still so close to the city of Chania (8/10mins by car). The establishment is super nice and well kept surrounded by bamboo and olive trees. The rooms are near each other and most of them are overlooking the pool. Room itself was very very clean and towels,bedsheets,products were smelling really nice. You can see that the place is well maintained and taken very good care of! It’s also PET FRIENDLY with stray cats(which you’ll see either in the morning or at night without even bothering you) another reason why we booked this establishment as we brought our own dog which was well accepted without any additional costs or useless comments. Our holiday is still ongoing as we booked for 5 days but it’s a must to leave a positive comment to such a beautiful place and people. To who ever sees this post don’t think twice and just book it! You’ll see us DEFINITELY again! Thanks for hosting us. I.Z

Kanso Rooms was definitely a dreamy place to stay. It was our honeymoon and we wanted to see around Crete. In the meantime we wanted to have a comfortable place to stay and rest after long days in the beach and around. Kanso Rooms delivered that. Very spacy room, very good room service and excellent communication and help from Vassilis. Thank you very much for this beautiful experience!
