I arrived early and asked if I could check in early and he said I could but would have to pay an early check in fee. Why? If there’s a room available why not provide good customer service! So I asked him if I could have a late check in as I wouldn’t be back until much later and he asked what time. I told him 2am and he said ok. A few hours I get a text from hotel stating that I had to confirm reservation by 3pm. I text back and no response. I then call the number from text and explained that I had requested a late check in. He said no that that was too late. When I arrived and checked in the room that was given to me smelled like dog poop and it was a strong odor. Why wouldn’t person cleaning room notice this and clean/spray the room! Had to call and ask for spray and was moved to another room instead. Overall not a good experience at all!

I was good we have stayed before never any issues. However we only need a place to sleep do not spend much time in the room.

The outside just stunk too high heaven. It’s the trash cans. Don’t tell me they can’t smell that. Gross! Breakfast ****** too.

the hotel was clean, I know I left my wifes headphones in the room terribly disappointed that when my wife called she was told no one found them,

The fact that it was inside access made us feel more safe. The room, beds specifically were amazingly comfortable. The rest of the room was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend the hotel to someone.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast wasn’t that good. They don’t have enough pillows. Otherwise it’s not a bad hotel.

There was a long black hair in the soft white towel when a opened it.
There was something black splattered on the bathroom floor in front of the sink. Used toilet paper to see if it would come up. It did with a little elbow grease. Just mop better.

They want to open the door from the room when we where asleep the people who clean the room our check out was @ 11 they where opening it around 9:00am
