3.5 Stars.
Though clearly dated it was very clean and bed was comfortable, AC/heater worked well. Kitchenette lacked supplies (i.e., only 1 coffee mug available). Quality of the coffee available in the room was poor but the free coffee in the lobby was satisfactory. Liked there was ample supply of body soap, shampoo and condition but would have liked to have had body lotion as well. Spouse mentioned gym was decent. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I traveled alone and really enjoyed my stay. I was able to have friends come and go as i pleased. Other guests were quite the staff was friendly and professional. I loved the kitchen area and the space was so nice! I especially liked having the bed in a separate room. It was also nice cause i could just give doordash my room number and get things delivered if i needed it. The only concern was there was a window open to my room thankfully no one was in there.

Showers not easy to operate but it worked.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Columbus on business. It is always an exceptional stay! Extremely clean and well maintained. Large rooms with perfect work counter space and kitchen with full size fridge. Quiet and featuring black out curtains that allow you to sleep in even on a sunny day. Staff are all incredibly nice. Comfortable bed. Just a great experience every time.

A lot of the items in my room were really showing a lot of aging and wear, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and the parking was easy.

They didnt have a good selection of snacks and drinks. And they didnt offer a shuttle service being that close to the airport. I had to pay 44.00 for a 1.5 mile ride. Kinda ridiculous

Staff was friendly. Sonesta seems to think they should charge $10 for parking unless you agree to sign up for spam e-mails from them.
Bigger issue was AC unit in room would not cool room adequately (in November). It was late when I arrived, and I was leaving early the next morning, so I didn’t have time to realize it wasn’t functioning properly, and get a different room. Didn’t sleep well as a result.
