Отдыхали с 4 по 5 января. Специально при бронировании уточняли время работы бассейна и сможем ли мы посетить его вечером по приезде, несколько раз получили УТВЕРДИТЕЛЬНЫЙ ответ. По итогу заселились часа в 16 и нам сообщили, что спа-зона, в том числе бассейн, открыты для посещения С 8 ДО 11 УТРА. Разве такое время работы спа может быть в отеле, которые позиционируется, как СПА ОТЕЛЬ? Шведский стол очень скудный, многие блюда невкусные. В номерах холодно, но есть обогреватели, но и в ванной очень холодно, так что мыться некомфортно. Односпальные кровати очень узкие, пару раз за ночь чуть не упала с нее! Также постоянно размагничивались карты от номеров, приходилось идти на ресепшен. Отель - сплошное разочарование. Вместо отдыха получили гору негативных эмоций. Создалось ощущение, что положительные отзывы куплены.

Здравствуйте! Были у вас в сентябре и получили уйму негативных эмоций, связанных с работой менеджера Юрия. Недобросовестное отношение к своим подчинённым, абсолютное неуважение и использование ненормативной лексики при гостях, в том числе и детях. Требуем принять меры касаемо такого некомпетентного сотрудника!

Ужасное отношения Менеджера Ресторана - Юрия к своим сотрудникам. Человеку дали каплю власти, а он уже общается на матах, может спокойно послать на 3 буквы своего подчиненного, в общем слишком много себе позволяет. Сидели с семьей застали сцену, как данный экземпляр решил самоутвердиться за счет своих несовершеннолетних подчиненных, общаясь при гостях, в том числе и детях на языке "нецензурной брани"
