Qafqaz Tufandag Resort is a perfect blend of luxury and adventure. We experienced breathtaking views Caucasus Mountains, with the mountains covered with fog.. our room was luxuriously spacious, and spa was exceptional. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or adventure trip!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious & comfortable that comes with great views. Plus you have activities on the 4th floor.

The hotel is beautiful. The staffs are very courteous and polite. Shelale was very very helpful and nice. The hotel has a beautiful lake . Orhan at the front desk was the most helpful and nice person. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable

Having stayed at Qafqaz Tufandag Hotel during winter solely for skiing, the review is based on our winter experience. Winter Experience: The ideal hotel to stay during winter in Gabala / Tufandag, if Snow or Skiing is what you are looking for. The ski rental shop and the ski lift are attached to the hotel, which makes it very convenient. You can even rent the Ski Mobile from right behind the hotel. Rooms: The room that we had (Deluxe Room) was spacious with a lounge area, balcony and a spacious bathroom. The Room & bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable for a tight sleep after a day of skiing. Meals: The buffet breakfast had a good spread to choose from. The Ala Carte dinner was also good with both continental and local cuisine. Staff: The staff at the reception (Check In), the restaurant (Dinner) and the Ski Centre were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay at the hotel during the next winter.

Good - location and view from the room. Bad - guest experience and hospitality was very bad. There was no heating arrangement in the room and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. You don’t expect that from a 5 star property. Entire night we were feeling cold. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service of the staff was horrible. We reached at 10. 45 am and were told to speed up as the buffet closed at 11 am. When we asked for coffee the waiter showed his watch and told its 10. 55 and they cant serve us coffee. This is the worst service we have ever seen and in 5 star its unacceptable. We were travel-ling for my wife’s birthday and i had requested to do something special while making the reservation. They did nothing. Also for the dinner we had booked a table with a good view. And this time we reached 5 minutes early also. But they gave our table to someone else. The staff should be given some training in hospitality is my only recommendation. Pols look for cheaper options and dint book this hotel

Qafqaz Tufandag Hotel I would like to share my experience in this hotel (TAFANDAG) Azerbaijan. The hotel contains many activities such as (cable car - Cafe coffe- quad bike - dune buggy - hiking - some animals _ restaurants) I really like it ... especially the views while sitting in the Cafe or while riding the cable cars. The staff were really sweet. All services are available We had fun there. I advise anyone to try this resort. You will have fun there for sure 😊 😁 🇸🇦 ❤️ 🇦🇿

We had the worst dining experience during our stay with Mr. Adi S. He was very rude. Was not accommodating. Served us salami sandwhich when we asked for pure veg sandwhich. He started shouting and became very aggressive so finally after 15 mins he served us veg . Never ever get served by him . Spoilt entire family dinner

A beautiful property on the foothills of Caucasus mountains. You can get a cable car ride from this place. Their floor deck offers a mesmerizing view of greenery and the artificial lake that they created. Rooms are spacious, good for a family of 4. We booked ourselves for a night, should have booked for ayleast 2 nights

Very poor room - there were pillars in the middle of the room. Faucet was leaking, balcony door was jammed, mini bar was empty and the staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. Just the location is good but the hotel is really poor and wanting. Even after we gave the feedback. About the room , they were adamant and not willing to change the room.

Outstanding experience Exceptional people. Everything between check in and check out was exceptional 5 stars. Highly recommended! Worth every penny you will spend on it. I know we will be discussing and missing this trip for a long time. Safe Travel to all who are planning to visit this resort.

I love that the location doesn’t require me to travel to enjoy the snow activities. My room was overlooking the lake and it was beautiful! The facilities are great, the hallways were warm with beautiful paintings and smells good, the restaurant both bar and the Elite served tasty food. The spa was also cozy enough to relax after a tiring day of snow activities. Best part is the staff were exceptional, they were kind and accommodating to requests, clearly attentive to their guests. As a solo traveler, this provided me a safe environment. Thank you for the wonderful experience Qafqaz! ❤️
