這一次旅行是帶着媽媽和女兒一起的，一老一小加上我，本來預訂了洲際，但是刷攜程的時候看到了ME，沒有差評又是開業不久，應該會比較乾淨，對於在外什麼都能湊合但酒店不能湊合的我來説，沒怎麼猶豫就退了洲際重新定了ME，價格貴了100多不到200間/晚。此為背景。以下具體闡述： 1、【近】24號下午從福州南站乘地鐵到酒店，2號線水部站D出口出來是真的近（高德導航讓從C出口出來，別聽，D出口出來向後走20米轉彎就到）； 2、【酒店硬件及設計超讚】80後的我覺得太過時尚，但10後的女兒時刻贊歎“這酒店也太棒了吧”，住三亞泊悦和亞特蘭蒂斯的時候她都沒有這樣的表現。其他評論對ME的環境、地理位置、硬件等等都有詳細的評價，我就不多説了，沒有出入，一模一樣，並無出入。 3、【服務，有很讚的，也有需要改進的】 （1）出來的時候剛好在下雨，而且不小，剛轉彎能看到酒店的時候一個很帥的小哥哥就拿着傘跑過來給我撐傘，並且招呼其他迎賓的小哥哥給我媽媽和女兒撐傘，並且接過了我手上的所有行李，這個是真贊。這一點迎賓的小哥哥不僅帥，服務也很到位，甚至超出預期； （2）（這一點不完全是優點，需要酒店注意）因為想房間稍微寬敞一點，所以付費從瑰麗升級到壯麗，但是24號中午辦理入住的小姐姐給的房間和攜程圖片上顯示的房間不太一樣，於是我放下行李去大堂和辦理入住的小姐姐説了這個情況，想要換個房間，但是她表示其他房間也是這樣的，圖片不可能和房間完全一樣。這時候就感覺優點彆扭了，然後我就去外面吃飯了，但是還是希望能換個稍微大一點的房間，於是打了酒店的電話，一個男士接的電話，告知需求了以後説沒問題，現在就安排調換，吃好飯回來之後確實給重新安排了稍微大一點面積的房間，而且視野一流，還陪着我一起拿了行李到新房間。如果需求能被重視，我就會覺得這一點很棒； （3）缺少小童用品。到房間後打電話至前台，希望送一雙小童拖鞋和小童牙具，被告知沒有小童用品。小孩子穿大人的拖鞋很容易發生意外，這一定是酒店經營者和住客都不想發生的事情，但作為律師，工作日常就是處理“不想發生但確實發生的事情”，所以希望酒店經營者注意風險控制； （4）【劃重點】因為住兩晚，第二天中午回酒店的時候，房間被打掃過的痕跡並不明顯，折了被子、補了牙具等洗漱用品，除此之外好像沒有其他打掃的痕跡，甚至有一個垃圾桶都沒有倒，同時因為帶着孩子難免房間裏東西擺的比較亂，但之前住過的泊悦、喜來登、亞特蘭蒂斯、企鵝酒店、玩具總動員酒店等等這些都會把衣服疊好、茶杯、化粧品等用品擺好，使住客一眼就看得出打掃的痕跡。細節怪越來越多（我就是，畢竟天秤），希望細節上再多多注意； （5）入住後電話要了很多東西，比如被子、餐刀等，很快就送來了，沒有超過5分鐘，而且外賣也可以機器人送到房間，速度也很快，這一點贊以下； （6）【劃重點--關懷OK～】25號在冰心故居崴了腳，有點嚴重，回到酒店後致電前台詢問是否有膏葯，被告知沒有，但是有紅花油，而且很快送來了，26號退房的時候前台小姐姐也親切的詢問了傷情，離店的時候兩個迎賓小哥哥幫忙等車、拿行李，直到車門關上，並且禮貌的告別。這一點是真的暖到我了，他們竟然都還記得我腳崴了，一定要給這三個小夥伴加雞腿～另：建議酒店常備一些，如藿香正氣水、美林、膏葯、蒙脱石散、創可貼、碘酒之類的常用葯品，成本不大，但一定是“他無我有”的存在； （7）早餐很豐盛，品種很多，也很新鮮，就是盤子太大而且有點重，小朋友端着會稍微優點重。小小建議下：25號（週日）早上的自助餐廳人還挺多，但是26號（週一）早上的人就比較少了，但是自助餐的種類和數量並沒有縮水，我個人認為其實可以改為點餐制，一來減少浪費，二來控制成本。畢竟大環境都不好，能省則省。當然我畢竟是外行人，對酒店管理知之甚少，但同作為創業者，深知成本控制的重要性，如ME的老闆大財對此無所謂，那還是自助模式更好； （8）福州空氣較濕，5月之後容易出汗，外面溜達一天回來難免要換衣服，如果帶的衣服少不夠換那就得洗，但是酒店並沒有告知提供洗衣服務（有償/無償），也沒有在房間裏放置洗衣粉或者洗衣液，這多少有些不便； （9）房間裏有很多零食都是免費的，但是免費的東西和付費的都放在一起，雖然房間裏放置了價格單，也在付費物品上貼了價格，但是入住的很多人尤其老年人和小孩子，並不會仔細看或者根本看不懂，比較容易造成誤開（打開即收費），由此就會引發爭議，所以建議免費和付費的東西分開放； （10）酒店大堂的巧克力是費列羅，房間裏是代可可脂，落差有點大，而且現在應該不太會有人吃代可可脂的東西了，畢竟不利於心血管的健康，所以建議酒店經營者乾脆就不放這些誘惑小孩子的東西，或者放一小塊純可可脂的巧克力； （11）放間裏放兩個獨立包裝的酒精棉，相信我，絕對加分。 4、以下純表揚： （1）浴巾又厚又軟，還很乾凈，敢用； （2）房間裏有浴缸，而且是温泉水，最重要的是有一次性浴缸袋子； （3）祖馬龍的洗護，香味很高級，臨走還洗了個澡，香了一整天； （4）房間裏純凈水管夠，這對帶娃十分友好； （5）前台有濕巾，加分。 以上種種於2025/5/26 22：20寫下，住了那麼多的酒店，從未寫過評價，但不知道為什麼就是想給ME寫點什麼，也許是因為理解創業的難，也許是因為ME此時還是個不到一歲的“小寶寶”，或者僅僅是因為酒店門口掛着的那塊對“ME”起緣的介紹…。 成長需要鼓勵也需要真實，歷盡千帆才能回望初心，希望ME越來越好。 下次去福州還住～ （沒有放很多照片，是因為我不太喜歡拍照）
