This hotel is a gem!!! The hotel is very clean, tidy and secured. The hotel location is very strategic and accessible. It is close to scenic spots, subway and bus.
On top of that, the staff are very friendly, especially the staff name Fengling. She is very helpful with good service attitude.
Would definitely stay this place if re-visit Fuzhou again and recommend others to stay over here.

The hotel looks better on the pictures than in reality.
We booked a room in the Minguo courtyard to experience the Republic of China extension but instead we were put in a more recent and not charming building.
Hotel staff didn’t speak English so we didn’t try asking for the room in the courtyard that we booked as changing rooms would mean climbing down 4 floors with our luggage and waste time explaining with translator app.
Room was small, enough for a night or if you don’t want to spend time at the hotel.
Mattress was pretty hard. Shower and towels not perfectly clean. One can tell that the towels are quite old.
There was no breakfast and no possibility to add it despite a large room available for it.
There is also space to have tea but no one was working there.
Front part and first 2 courtyards of the hotel look nice.
Staff was polite. Our luggages were carried up.
Location is good in the touristic rebuilt-ancient neighborhood.
Convenient for a night but will not go again.

The room we stayed in looks smaller than the pictures described , the decor is quite nice, the bathroom is good, the shower is strong and the big plus it's got a automatic toilet. One issue was the duvet had dirty marks, anyway that was sorted straight away, the maid gave us 2 bottles water to compensate, unlike other hotels, the water is free or near the hallway to pick up yourself. There's a plenty of restaurants nearby but it's mainly Noodles restaurants and BBQ snacks restaurants, you need to go bit further on to find more restaurants, the staff was ok, but not very informative. Finally another good thing is got a washer room, which is on level 26. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room.
Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it.
Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155.
The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

Aggiornato il letto di lusso.L'hotel sembra costruire un insieme di feste commerciali per vivere, ci sono stazioni commerciali, ci sono molti bar e può anche mangiare Kendki.Per andare a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, non troppo lontano.Il pavimento della stanza è pulito, i mobili sono nuovi, l'ambiente è tranquillo e la vista è aperta.

Che splendido resort è questo! Devi sperimentare questo resort per capire l'assistenza professionale che ottiene dal personale che lavora al resort ... Gli offreno anche un cambiamento di pillole per rendere la vostra notte dormire meglio, abbiamo certamente fatto uso di questa opzione! We arrived at around 11pm at airport and have taken their minivan to the hotel which probably leaves at every 30minutes. They have regular minivan and big bus for airport pick up and delivery to airport. It was super easy experience. Room was clean and receptionists were very friendly. I saw pilots were checking out, they have agreement with airlines for transfer passengers and staff. Highly recommend this place.

DDaniel RodL'hotel è situato in una posizione abbastanza centrale nell'isola di Pingtan, in un piccolo villaggio. L'esterno è ben decorato con luci, e se arrivi a tarda notte come abbiamo fatto noi, lo ringrazierai, dato che brilla come un faro in una strada altrimenti non molto ben illuminata.
Il servizio ha brillato fin dall'inizio. Uno del personale era pronto ad aiutarci con i bagagli e a farci entrare, e non c'è stato alcun ritardo con la registrazione del mio passaporto (qualcosa che, come qualsiasi straniero che ha viaggiato nella Cina continentale, sarà in grado di capire, non è qualcosa dare per scontato), e subito è stato inserito su WeChat, dove durante tutto il viaggio sono stato aggiornato su tutto ciò che riguardava noi ospiti, dal momento in cui era pronta la colazione, al fatto che sarebbe rimasto un ospite con un cane in una stanza accanto alla nostra (alla quale si sono offerti di cambiarci se avessimo avuto bisogno nel caso qualcuno di noi fosse spaventato o allergico ai cani). La colazione veniva sempre tenuta calda per noi, anche quando scendevamo tardi e non ci aspettavamo che fosse lì, e in generale l'atteggiamento del personale era sempre quello che ti aspetteresti in un hotel più grande, più affermato (e più costoso), ma con un tocco di soggiorno in casa.
L'hotel non è molto vicino a nessun punto panoramico o destinazione turistica, ma offre un servizio di noleggio di biciclette elettriche che abbiamo utilizzato durante il viaggio e che consigliamo a chiunque soggiorni qui poiché toglie il trasporto dalla lista delle attrazioni cose a cui dovevamo pensare e ci ha permesso di sfruttare appieno la posizione centrale della locanda. Con 2 persone per bicicletta, andando molto a nord o a sud verso la città (a volte entrambi in un solo viaggio), non ci siamo mai avvicinati troppo per scaricare le batterie.
La camera era pulita, abbastanza grande e dato che eravamo all'ultimo piano e la nostra porta si apriva su un patio, molto ben ventilato. Anche il patio si è rivelato un bel posto dove sedersi, rilassarsi o mangiare, e ho potuto fare in modo che il lavoro che dovevo finire mi sentisse meno dolorante nel bel mezzo delle mie vacanze. Le uniche cose che aggiungerei o cambierei all'esperienza della stanza sono un posto dove appendere i vestiti (non c'erano armadi o cose del genere), la carta igienica (offrivano fazzoletti ma non danno la stessa sensazione quando vuoi , sai, tieni le mani pulite) e asciugamani veri (offrono asciugamani usa e getta, ma non sono la stessa cosa).
In conclusione, non solo ritornerei, ma lo farò sicuramente, dato che ho fatto un viaggio fantastico e questa locanda ha avuto un ruolo non trascurabile. Lo consiglierei al 100% se ti piace un'atmosfera meno rumorosa, più casalinga e non ti dispiace essere a pochi minuti di auto dalla città.

Ho ricevuto una chiamata dalla governante prima di fare il check-in per capire le mie esigenze in anticipo e ricordarmi il percorso e il tempo. Non appena siamo arrivati alla porta dell'hotel, il concierge è stato molto positivo ed entusiasta di aiutarci con i bagagli. Il maggiordomo ha sorriso e ha aspettato nella hall e ci ha portato alla reception per il check-in. Ci ha parlato della decorazione della hall dell'hotel, dalla hall dell'hotel alla stanza, così ha fatto il maggiordomo Accompagnato durante l'intero processo, ci ha presentato alle tre corsie e sette vicoli, prima fammi un complimento alla governante!
L'area della camera è abbastanza grande, il letto è molto comodo, l'igiene è molto pulita e vengono anche dati la frutta e piccoli regali. La camera è dotata di servizio da tè e buon tè nero. Mio marito è molto felice. Le piastrelle azzurre, le plastiche grigie, i rilievi, i pozzi di alghe, i muri a sella, ricchi di antiche decorazioni, lasciano intravedere lo scenario dell'antica casa dell'albergo. Nonostante la colazione sia vegetariana, il prodotto è squisito e di buon sapore, e anche i bambini sono molto contenti di mangiare. Nel ristorante, non importa in quale zona entri, è tranquillo e pacifico! Quando stavamo partendo, la governante ci ha regalato con entusiasmo dei souvenir e ci ha aiutato ad approvare l'auto. Grazie mille! Questo hotel ci ha lasciato una profonda impressione. Ha un patrimonio culturale, un servizio di alto livello e dettagli architettonici senza pari per offrire un'esperienza a sorpresa e godere del massimo del corpo e della mente!

UUtente ospitePer la prima volta sono venuto a Fuzhou, e la data sbagliata di prenotazione in altri hotel è stata quella giornata. Non c'era nessuna stanza in quel giorno. Con un'atmosfera di stupore, ho trovato un nuovo hotel Xiao E a Trip.com per un po'. E'molto felice. Quando ho prenotato il piccolo fratello della reception, ho chiamato per informare la posizione dell'hotel, Viene anche introdotto intimamente le attrazioni circostanti. Sono davvero intimide. La stanza dopo l'alloggio è pulita e pulita. Il caldo e il caldo sono caldi, l'atmosfera è al livello migliore. Il fratello di Chen sulla reception è anche molto buono. RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

OOLEKSANDRAL'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana. Il design è interessante. Il muro nella camera da letto è fatto di vetro come una finestra che si fa dentro, in modo da poter vedere la strada dell'hotel. La stanza ha due livelli. Il bagno e la tavola del tè sono in piedi e le camere sono in alto. È molto rumoroso nella stanza. Dopo aver controllato, ho scoperto che la doccia è rotta. Mentre la ricevitrice stava per ripararla, stavo per preparare una tazza di tè quando ho visto che i tazze di tè erano super sporche! La ricevitrice disse che era molto dispiaciuta e se ne andò a cambiare le tazze. Mi ha detto che mi avrebbe portato i frutti come scusa, ma ho rifiutato. La mattina mi sono svegliato da un suono forte e da una vibrazione. Mi sento come se una grande stanza di caldaia o un grande ventilatore fosse in alto, quindi questo suono ha iniziato alle 8:00 e durò per sempre. E' super annoiante. Ho avuto un senso di essere su un aereo. Quando ho chiamato un ricevitore per spiegare che suono è e possibile mutare - nessuno è venuto. È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.
