This hotel appears to be affiliated with A tour Hotel, which is a well-established local hotel chain. As such, all the rooms are well equipped with the usual items, including a smart auto flush toilet with a heated seat.
The welcome fruit platter was much appreciated and the extra bottle of drinking water offered to me when I left was also a nice and thoughtful gesture. In fact, everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They even let me store luggage for three days when I was in Wu Yi Mountain.
The hotel also provided a complimentary supper at 9:30pm of rice porridge, pastries, cakes, and snacks. Breakfast was simple but featured local signature dishes. The hotel also provided free use of laundry machines and fitness equipment.
The hotel is literally facing the South Exit of Fuzhou Railway Station at approximately 200 meters between them. Although there was not a lot to do around the hotel, the metro Line 1 is right next to the South Exit of the railway station.

La camera era buona, una bella media per un hotel. Il letto era comodo e la pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era buona. Il calore era in hotel e anche se avevo il calore della mia stanza, era ancora 25° nella mia stanza. La camera AC e il fan non funzionavano (cioè l'hotel probabilmente non era più in grado di raffreddare).
Il buffet del colazione era tipico. A volte il cibo era caldo, a volte no. La sala da pranzo era molto piccola per la quantità di persone lì e le tavole non erano pulite abbastanza velocemente per le persone a sedersi subito.
Le mie più grandi denunce:
L'odore di fumare fumo entra nella mia stanza perché qualcuno fumava nella loro stanza o nel corridoio. (Non sembra che ci siano regole per non fumare nel corridoio.)
Non potevo lasciare il pulsante ”non disturbare” per prendere un po' di pipì, il desk mi ha chiamato la stanza, il mio telefono, e mi ha scritto per dire che volevano pulire la stanza. Io me ne sono andato ogni giorno a diverse ore (quando mi sono sbagliato il segno) eppure mi hanno sempre disturbato.
Non è un cattivo hotel, ma non mi fermerò di nuovo. Non mi sentivo benvenuto e mi sentivo come se fossi in modo da fare il loro lavoro. Non mi sentivo mai comodo o rilassato perché mi sentivo sempre come dovessi lasciare la mia stanza prima di un certo tempo.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect; we could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was such a plus not having to rely on taxis or public transport. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the price, the value was exceptional. Definitely worth booking!

Very good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel room was very clean and they also provide water and light snacks. The metro is around 15-20mins away from the hotel which is not too bad, there's plenty of convenient stores,coffee shops,pharmacies around the area. Overall very good experience

The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially the staff 77. I stay for 3 nights with separate booking due to the change of flight, the two rooms are different room types, but the staff help to organize into the same room type so I do not need to change room between nights, also the location is great, which is close to the tourist attraction area.

Il ristorante è proprio di fronte al Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Parte ogni mezz'ora per l'aeroporto e costa 31 yuan. Sotto l'hotel c'è una stazione degli autobus. È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

DDaniel RodL'hotel è situato in una posizione abbastanza centrale nell'isola di Pingtan, in un piccolo villaggio. L'esterno è ben decorato con luci, e se arrivi a tarda notte come abbiamo fatto noi, lo ringrazierai, dato che brilla come un faro in una strada altrimenti non molto ben illuminata.
Il servizio ha brillato fin dall'inizio. Uno del personale era pronto ad aiutarci con i bagagli e a farci entrare, e non c'è stato alcun ritardo con la registrazione del mio passaporto (qualcosa che, come qualsiasi straniero che ha viaggiato nella Cina continentale, sarà in grado di capire, non è qualcosa dare per scontato), e subito è stato inserito su WeChat, dove durante tutto il viaggio sono stato aggiornato su tutto ciò che riguardava noi ospiti, dal momento in cui era pronta la colazione, al fatto che sarebbe rimasto un ospite con un cane in una stanza accanto alla nostra (alla quale si sono offerti di cambiarci se avessimo avuto bisogno nel caso qualcuno di noi fosse spaventato o allergico ai cani). La colazione veniva sempre tenuta calda per noi, anche quando scendevamo tardi e non ci aspettavamo che fosse lì, e in generale l'atteggiamento del personale era sempre quello che ti aspetteresti in un hotel più grande, più affermato (e più costoso), ma con un tocco di soggiorno in casa.
L'hotel non è molto vicino a nessun punto panoramico o destinazione turistica, ma offre un servizio di noleggio di biciclette elettriche che abbiamo utilizzato durante il viaggio e che consigliamo a chiunque soggiorni qui poiché toglie il trasporto dalla lista delle attrazioni cose a cui dovevamo pensare e ci ha permesso di sfruttare appieno la posizione centrale della locanda. Con 2 persone per bicicletta, andando molto a nord o a sud verso la città (a volte entrambi in un solo viaggio), non ci siamo mai avvicinati troppo per scaricare le batterie.
La camera era pulita, abbastanza grande e dato che eravamo all'ultimo piano e la nostra porta si apriva su un patio, molto ben ventilato. Anche il patio si è rivelato un bel posto dove sedersi, rilassarsi o mangiare, e ho potuto fare in modo che il lavoro che dovevo finire mi sentisse meno dolorante nel bel mezzo delle mie vacanze. Le uniche cose che aggiungerei o cambierei all'esperienza della stanza sono un posto dove appendere i vestiti (non c'erano armadi o cose del genere), la carta igienica (offrivano fazzoletti ma non danno la stessa sensazione quando vuoi , sai, tieni le mani pulite) e asciugamani veri (offrono asciugamani usa e getta, ma non sono la stessa cosa).
In conclusione, non solo ritornerei, ma lo farò sicuramente, dato che ho fatto un viaggio fantastico e questa locanda ha avuto un ruolo non trascurabile. Lo consiglierei al 100% se ti piace un'atmosfera meno rumorosa, più casalinga e non ti dispiace essere a pochi minuti di auto dalla città.

JJ995LMy wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

L'hotel è anche vicino a Three Sieb (circa 10 minuti a piedi) e F&B (Abbiamo provato a Old Fuzhou per cibo locale che era delizioso e economico e dessert memorizzare l'eredità).L'unico lato inferiore (piccolo punto a meno che non fosse piovuto) È l'affitto privato prenotato Thru Didi sempre fermato lungo la strada piuttosto che davanti all'hotel che è un parcheggio auto.
Colazione - può essere un po 'burrata dopo essere rimasti per più di 2 giorni. La cena è fondamentalmente la stessa, ma l'hotel cambierà circa 2 dei piatti. Servizi - Tutte le camere e lavanderia sono al terzo piano. La nostra stanza era quasi alla fine e quindi era una lunga passeggiata per noi. Accettate che l'hotel fornisce lavatrice e asciugatrice per l'uso gratuito. Non è necessario mettere in detergente lavastoviglie come previsto.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
