The service is best, and they provide us an Air Purifier when they noticed I have asthma. Welcome fruit were provided. All people here are very nice and professional . Will come back again definitely!

First couple days of staying, everything was fine except the breakfast was not our usual meal.  The last day, because the television system need to upgrade, we lost connection, need to change the room, but room was not really ready, missing microwave and some kitchen items .

First of all, the lady at the front desk is cold. Each time If I asked her a question, she reacted uninterested! Second, when I entered the room for the first time, there was a strong smell of smoking. So they are not intended in cleaning quality checking. Third, breakfast is bad, few choices, quality of food is terrible. No coffee. Location is far away from everything! I won’t recommend you to come, because you will be disappointed!

1.地理位置不是很方便,周邊沒有什麼靠譜的吃飯的地方,離最近的地鐵站也要走十幾分鍾,想去景點玩的要慎重選擇這家酒店。 2.酒店硬件還算可以,但電梯等待時間比較長。 3.説是全樓禁煙,但其實很多客人抽煙。在早餐廳門口等電梯時有客人抽煙,就站在服務員面前抽的,也沒有勸阻,是被其他客人指出之後才象徵性的説了一句,但抽煙的客人並沒有熄滅手裡的煙,而是走到樓道的另一邊去抽,服務員也沒有繼續堅持,所以其實所謂的“禁煙”是不存在的。 4.外賣是送到前台再由機器人送到房間門口,但等待時間很長,着急的話不如自己下樓拿更方便。 5.早餐品種比較少,人非常多,自助像打仗一樣。餐廳服務員的態度也一般,因為要趕飛機所以衹能選擇7點開餐就去吃早餐,當天有團隊所以餐廳很滿,我一個人想坐吧枱邊結果被服務員趕走,説是影響他們走路。如果你們座位安排的不合理就重新擺桌椅,把客人趕來趕去實在不是一個星級酒店應該出現的。 6.前台服務員工作不夠細緻。出門時問前台有沒有口罩可以提供給客人,前台給了肯定的答覆,但是翻找了半天之後説口罩沒有了。第二天另外一個前台人員重複了一模一樣的操作。這説明要麼是兩個班次之間交接班不清楚,要麼就是對於客人要口罩這件事前台接待覺得完全不重要,根本不需要把已經用完的口罩補齊,也不需要跟後續班次提及。以上兩種情況都説明前台接待的工作不夠嚴謹,配不上這麼高的星級。

時隔10年再次來到福州,選擇了希爾頓旗下新開業不久的希爾頓惠庭酒店入住,從踏入酒店那一刻起就收到了前台陳昕怡的熱情接待,一下子有了賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的設施也比以往入住的希爾頓系列更有提高和完善:操作枱配備了水槽,還配備了微波爐、簡單的碗筷等……讓人感覺非常貼心,頓時明白優質的品牌酒店能擁有忠實粉絲的原因,就是由於擁有優質的服務人員和與時俱進不斷完善的設備。下次有機會再來福州一定會再次選擇希爾頓惠庭酒店入住
