Youjia Cinema Apartment (Fuzhou South Railway Station)

We had a pleasant stay. Check in and communication was a bit difficult having only just arrived in China. The host will not make any effort to contact you with further info themselves, you have to initiate contact yourself - which is difficult, as no English spoken. There is no real reception as advertised, just a security guy in the lobby, who thankfully spoke some English and helped us out on the phone (after a confused couple of minutes). You definitely need WeChat to communicate. Just a heads up for international travellers. Once we had WeChat set up, communication went smoothly with translation-option in the chat. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom (there were pee stains on the toilet seat when we checked in). Location is excellent if you need to catch a train from Fuzhou South, as it's walking distance. Night market and mall right outside, metro line to the center also nearby, very convenient. Quiet at night and large bed, we had a good night's sleep. Apartment is also large, we received an upgrade according to the host, which was appreciated. Value for money overall.

Apartment very new and the lady boss is very helpful. Walking distance to train station and below is the shopping arcade.

商家毫無信譽，已踩雷，請大家避雷。訂的三房，到了以後跟圖片完全不一樣，給我發的地址也跟原來不一樣，應該是把我的房間給別人了，把我帶其他low房去了，當時比較晚了，我也不想折騰了，就默默承受了。房間是一個複式裏的二層，大通間放了3張床，三房秒變三床。空調聲音像拖拉機；2平米不到的廁所有洗臉枱，洗衣機，馬桶，花灑就在馬桶上頭，可以直接坐在馬桶上洗澡，順便洗完澡的水還可以沖馬桶的那種；大清早還聽到二波送喪的敲鑼打鼓路過。真是喪氣滿滿的一天。
